The rooms were large and kitchen has lots of pots pans and dishes. No staples like oil or salt and pepper though. Beds were very comfortable. Nice pool area. Easy key pick up and return. Clear instructions on how to park and secure parking area.

Reception is not open unsure what time anyone is available there. Can't get pool towels.

Apartment and facilities were spot on

Location. Convenience. It had one of the most comfortable beds away from home I have ever slept in. Great size for the family and nicely furnished.

Very minor - the blinds in the kids' bedroom had a gap that the walkway light (on all night) shone through. We ended up turning him around to face the other way and popping a towel up to block some of it.

The location was really good. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Our unit was very spacious and well equipped. The shower was good with plenty of out water, only problem was there is no shower door on the one in the ensuite so couldn’t have tap on to fast as it flooded the bathroom floor. Excellent property very clean and quiet would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

Only issue was shower in ensuite not having a door on shower, you can’t turn the tap on fast as the bathroom would flood and there is no drain in the floor.

chose the ground level apartment because the courtyard opened up at the front for easier beach access - everything about the apartment was amazing and our next trip to Yeppoon area will definitely looking to stay at the same place.

Location...excellent. Apartments...up to expectation, certainly value for money, and clean. The only staff we saw were the cleaning team, and they were very pleasant and helpful.

Call me old-fashioned, but I prefer the human touch when I check in anywhere. So that would be a negative for me, and I also found that, apart from the front door key, I had trouble unlocking the flydoor.

A bit hard to find the room, as the instructions we received came by text and by various emails and they all seemed to have slightly different in formation. The lift wasn't working, so had to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs.

Immaculate apartment which was super comfortable and well equipped! Everything you need! Great location with a lovely pool view and gorgeous sunset in the evening!

It was a little tricky to find but got there in the end. There is no staff there at the reception to assist you with keys and finding your room etc and the lift was broken so had to climb 3 flights of stairs with two small children and heavy bags! I was pre- warned though about the lift beforehand and this was a situation that couldn’t be helped. We really did love our stay here and so we booked to go again on the way down from our road trip!

Lift wasn’t working which didn’t effect us greatly, no one on site at reception which was a problem because Booking.com overcharged us for our 3 day stay,so beware and always take a screenshot of your booking so you have proof of what you are paying for. After contacting both Booking.com and property manger no refund was offered
