great pool and really friendly staff. easy access to surrounding areas.

lots of ants and various wildlife like lizards in the room

Carpet loose in bedroom. remote had no batteries. Adjoining room was not locked and other guests arrived.

we loved the gardens and the pool, although the pool was a bit like soup as far as temperature wise. and I noticed that there were a lot of like empty drink bottles and cans etc laying sprung for hours. I kept waiting for someone to come pick them up from around the pool. but other than that everything was lovely.

it just seemed like it could do with a bit of a fresh coat of paint within the foyer area etc. but we had the most lovely time. and would definitely go back there. staff were wonderful, rooms were really nice and comfortable and clean. parking was easy. breakfast was awesome value and delicious!

Loved that everyone was so friendly and always offered to go above and beyond. The bed and pillows were also super comfy!

There was no mattress protector or fitted sheet so it kept completely coming off. Also had a double bed doona/duvet on a king sized bed. The fridge froze all of our things even when we turned the temperature to the warmest. Lots of ants everywhere, online food ordering app never worked and when we called to order over the phone they just said to order on the app even though we told them that it wasn't working. All crockery was also not clean at all so I had to scrub it all before using anything.

Spacious and well equipped apartment surrounded by nice gardens. The Oak has a big pool and good restaurant and bar. Very friendly staff.

the property was awesome, my only thing I though there wasn’t any table or bench space in the room and it’s a necessity for travellers, everything else was outstanding including the staff

The large room sizes along with the kitchen spacious bathroom and equipped with a washing machine and dryer as well as cold air-conditioning and two Tvs and many channels.

Fantastic location. Breafkast was well prepared.

Bed was super soft, staff were amazing and the all around place was a great place to stay.

Construction happening that wasn't advertised when booking. Food options on-site were pretty ordinary. Bar closed 830pm - way too early.

disappointed that the bar was only open one night and closed at 8.30. and pool bar closed at 5 so had to go into town to eat and drink. for the price of $680 for two nights would of like to know about this before booking with them.

The pool was what attracted us to the property as it had a nice set out with a swim up bar.

The cleanliness of the rooms weren’t great. our bathroom was mouldy with a shower that had the previous person’s hair on the walls and drain. The iron had something melted onto it which ruined the top that was ironed. It was then replaced with another iron that also left more marks (not burn marks). The pool didn’t have much atmosphere once the music was turned off and the swim up bar closed way too early.

Lots of space in the apartment and very comfortable bed! Staff were nice and pool looked lovely even though we didn't get to use it (we were late arriving)

Location is a bit out of the town but they do offer a free shuttle, you just may not be walking!
