Good location, quite nice room decor and nice main pool area although it was too cold to use it.
When we checked in there was NO offer of helping us with our bags. Lacks any atmosphere. Huge empty marble spaces. Very clinical feeling. The spa was the same. No plants, nothing to soften the cavernous hard spaces. Horrible sachet coffee and milk in the room. Nothing in the room fridge, shower and bath both leaked and the breakfast wasn’t amazing. None of the hot food was hot unless you had something cooked for you. Poor fruit selection. Many pastries were stale. Was shocked to find the exercise classes were an extra charge!! As was the pool table. Very unimpressed considering we had stayed in a much nicer hotel previously where classes were included, there was an espresso machine in the room and a fantastic breakfast all for less money! Would not stay in a Hilton again. I also requested a quiet room and got one facing a busy road! The hotel wasn’t full by a long shot.

Ruhige Zimmer, gute Betten.
Halbpension würden wir in diesem Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen, bzw. empfehlen zu buchen. Die Auswahl ist sehr begrenzt und auch die Kochkünste lassen zu wünschen übrig.

There are many things that we liked in the past from the Hilton Vilamoura. This is why we have gone many many years.
We have seen year on year how the installations and service have been going down. And this year was - by far - the worst. The cockroaches found when we came back to our room one night killed the experience forever, even though we were changed to another room. And I saw another one in the lobby two days later when I was going for my daily run. Beyond disgusting. For a crazy price.

Quite expensive - extra for breakfast where really for the price it should be included.

Well serviced. Frequent shuttle to the beach , although I only used once.
Toilet paper was cheap. Billing was horribly complicated to understand.

Everything. Bruno at check in. Super nice and really looked after me. Rafael by the poolside Champion. Both deserve a Payrise as they are exceptional….

Excellent adults pool away from the kids.
Food and drinks were expensive.

We stayed for a night, 2 adults and 2 kids. We had an interconnecting room which was great..we had an.early flight and we were so grateful that they accommodated an early check in. We enjoyed the pool and didn't have a problem getting a sunbed. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Great hotel and would certainly return. Highly recommended.

All of the staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient
The breakfast was ok but not what I would expect from a 5star hotel. The location is a little far out of the town, thank god for uber.

Lovely hotel, facilities are nice, clean and high spec. Located well and there is a free shuttle bus down to the Marina every day and night.

Great selection of food available at breakfast, cleaned our apartment daily, changed our towels all without request. The free shuttle to the marina/beach and all the friendly, helpful staff (esp. Ru the driver)

The staff were brilliant. Breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold options.
The hotel has a number of pools including a small indoor pool. There are plenty of sun loungers although I can imagine it would be busy in high season.
It's a bit of a walk to the marina and although the hotel does put on an hourly shuttle it doesn't run at 5 or 6 pm
