The hotel is amazing, we have stayed here a number of times and its always been brilliant. The new booking systems for sunbeds and meals worked really well too

Check in. I pre checked in online. May as well not have bothered. Was same process as if I hadn't.
Asked for double room. Got a twin. Pressed the receptionist as to why the room was wrong. Was told it was not guaranteed. I asked to be moved to a double and was.
Reception:
On the 3rd day of my stay I was left a message to go to reception. I went. Confronted by same person as at check-in. Was told I owed the full amount of the holiday and should have paid ron arrival. I wasnt asked at check-in. I am used to paying on check out. I paid anyway but the approach and the implication was annoying.
Restaurant:
Don't leave any plate unattended for more than 10 seconds else it will be removed by over efficient waiters. All a bit military

Location was excellent, staff were really nice, especially Mary on reception who allocated us a beautiful room overlooking the pool. Entertainment each evening while sitting out under the stars with a drink ar Christmas time was very nice.
I wasn't mad about the food, but then again, we don't really like buffets, in fairness they refunded two nights dinners

Great choice for breakfast. Location is right at the beach and all the restaurants. This made it a very relaxing holiday
The coffee was disappointing We would have liked fresh coffee served to our table instead of from a machine.

Loved the place very few bins around the property in the bar found one girl very cheeky when we paid for our drinks she would come back with our Change but take the loose change and say is that for me it's alright once or twice but every time didn't like that at all

Quite a variety. There was someone cooking omelettes.
Hot food was tepid even cold. Seemed disjointed when obtaining food. Drinks were out of a machine and not good. There was fresh orange juice you can pay extra for as orange juice out machine was not good.

Nice pool but not good for family’s with prams or disabled, you have to climb Everest to just get to the pool
Disabled and family access and staff were very rude. Woman on reception horrible. Dark hair

Food was excellent, buffet with lots of choices at each meal.
All the staff were brilliant, the cleaner, reception, restaurant, bars and Helen public relations. They all deserve a pat on the back working hard trying to keep everyone happy under the circumstances with the covid rules.
Some great shows in the evening entertainment.
Seeing people complain about simple pathetic menial things! They obviously live like kings at home!!
The staff were going out of their way to ensure all guests had a great holiday. Some people complain for the sake of complaining.

The staff were so friendly but I thought the toasted sandwiches were very dry and the cheese wasn’t melted in them 🙈
The lighting was very poor so I couldn’t see to put my makeup on at nite 😱
