Shuttle was nice and easy and drivers were friendly and helpful

Far from the airport , no vending machines to buy drinks and snacks, no free hot drinks in rooms , no fridges in room, basically no onsite services.

So, the Hotel's AC system broke down and they put us in Holiday Inn instead. It was alright, but the hassle was annoying especially traveling with kids. The facilities there were alright and the staff was quite friendly, especially the breakfast staff. What is annoying is that there is no transport (shuttle) to/from the hotel after midnight. They should really operate whenever there is a flight, especially when given advance notice (like we did).

The unexpected move to Holiday Inn, due to the broken AC system. However, we were glad they arranged it and that they were apologetic about the situation. Things happen...

Not as clean as expected for an Ibis styles. The toilet smell was not good.

1. I booked this hotel for 1 reason -transfer to the airport. I booked mine for 6 am and the transfer has not simply arrived! There was no single person to ask as the guy working on the reception was extremely unfriendly -he was just yelling at me and eventually he run away so he wasn’t reachable! Eventually I had to call a taxi but because of the delay we missed the morning flight. Also, in the evening I was promised to get a take away breakfast. When I showed up to the breakfast area I was just told that the info was sent correct so I didn’t get any. I was suggested to make myself a coffee and a sandwich. However the toaster was not working and when I asked for help the same guy( he was the only person working that morning at the hotel) simply blow off and again run away saying he doesn’t know how it works. So we were left without breakfast. This was extremely poor service to say the least.

Clean and comfortable. Pool was great. Great food and breakfast was good.

Friendly staff and good facilities. Perfect relaxation before flying out of Marseille. Easy to access with the free shuttle from and to airport :) thanks

Comfortable bed, spacious room, generous breakfast. The shuttle service is super helpful.

They forgot to put the baby cot in the room before we arrived - it was a small inconvenience after a long day of travelling but they quickly sorted it.

Taxi charged 60 Euros to airport, and shuttle did not run at the time I needed it.

Just wanted an overnight by the airport to leave early in the morning. It was exactly that with a nice free breakfast thrown in. Good value.

Not particularly clean. The air conditioning was out in many of the rooms (not mine) so not as many people as might be. If more, perhaps too many.

Breakfast included is best for travelling the next day. Close to the airport, with a free shuttle.

The shuttle said 30 minutes maximum wait and were there almost 50 min. There was no access besides car to go to the train station to visit Marseille. You must order a taxi Uber but they will decline 90% because of the location. Also we though it to be old room, a bit smelly for the price.

The staff were extremely helpful and the shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent. Breakfast was excellent and we were given a lovely memento as a departure gift. All in all, it exceeded our expectations.

Comfortable family room, fine for an overnight stay. Good food at the restaurant and a nice little play area for the kids. Breakfast was good too.
