A nice stay in a reasonable hotel for a budget price. The harbour-view was breathtaking - which adds high value to a stay in this hotel. Very friendly staff - very rapid e-mail feedback even prior to our arrival.

The room has not been very clean on arrival - but improved during the stay.

MTR湾仔駅や、空港行きバス停まで徒歩圏内。お湯もしっかり出ました。トイレとシャワー室がガラスドアで仕切られてるのが良かったです。 美味しいお粥屋さんも近くにあり、ロケーション良かったです。

シーツは毎日替えてもらえませんでした。

Location- it is very near to HK Convention Centre with walking distance. And nearby a lot of restaurants to choose from too.

Breakfast always the same from day one. More rooms to improve. Need to have iron and iron board in the room.

The bed was like lying on a plank of wood. I had to ask for a topper and even then it was still hard.

The buffet meals (breakfasts) and the two buffet meals at night we had were absolutely excellent. Our room and bed was very comfortable. Overall no complaints. My wife and I usually celebrate our September birthdays (both of us in September) by taking a weeks holiday here at the Harbourview. We have done this now for three years.

I understand why you do it (pay extra to have a room with a view out over Hong Kong/the water). But it would be nice to have the same price for a room with a view inside or outside.

Harbourview window - can see your neighbour and the bathroom is very small

Staff was very nice. Breakfast Buffett was good and had many choices. Close to restaurants, laundromat and MTR (train). If you have a lot of luggage I would not recommend the train. We took a cab. Bus stop right in front of hotel. Television had 1 HBO channel. Good water pressure.

Room was very small. Bathroom very small as well. Very little counter space on bathroom counter so if you or your partner need counter space in bathroom you will be disappointed. Barely enough room for toothbrushes and toothpaste. We were on the 21st floor and the view outside the room was another building (within 25-35 ft) with windows and mold, so no view at all. Breakfast buffet had many choices but no danishes or bagels. Only 3-4 television stations in English (HBO was in English). No laundry facilities in building so you can’t do your own laundry but laundromat close by. No microwave.

Local phone call(which is free is HK) charged $% per time. The breakfast and dinner were below expectation. In breakfast, there is only one dim sum to choose, no other local food such as rice roll, prawn dumpling, ... etc are provided. In dinner, the lobster is only half the size of the picture in the leaflet and also it is not totally clean.

The room was modern and comfortable. It is a decent size and perfect for business travelers and couples. We got the breakfast buffet with our trip and it was fantastic. Everything tasted fresh with a fantastic spread and variety. The location was beautiful and everything was amazing and perfect. Housekeeping was quick and easy. The staff were so helpful too.

The location is in a prime and great location surrounded by other great hotels like the Hyatt. But compared to their grand and big entrances, Harbourview is a small little entrance at the corner of the road. It felt a little dodgy but it's such a small complaint. Everything was wonderful

Good size room with a comfortable bed and an incredible view. The 2 water bottles provided daily are a great gesture. The cleanliness of the room was very good and all the staff were kind and attentive.

Super convenient for HKCEC. A short walk away to the street lights and food of Wanchai. And a sufficiently large room at an affordable price.

Cleaning staff were quite noisy in the mornings and had the bad habit of knocking on doors quite early to see if you were in. This could easily be remedied by 'Do Not Disturb' signs. But otherwise they kept the rooms good and clean. Reception and concierge all very polite and helpful. Also the hotel can be quite damp...the carpet and even the new sheets. Dehumidifiers for each room?
