Nice family resort

Vue exceptionnelle à partir des terrasses et piscine, face à la mer. Vastes espaces communs intérieurs (baby foot, table ping pong, bar) dans le bâtiment d'accueil. A l'arrière, grand jardin agréable, bien entretenu, donne accès aux bâtiments des chambres. chambre moderne fonctionnelle avec terrasse et salon de jardin. Personnel très attentif et aimable.

Location is good. Lovely walk along the coast path to the post of Cap Ferrat. Air con worked well.

Really poor value for money. Expect a lot more for €400 per night. Family room with not a lot of space and uncomfortable, small bunk beds for the kids. Breakfast was uninspiring and of poor quality also. Definitely wouldn't come again.

for a 3star hotel it was spectacular!!!!!! perfect location rooms were large modern and clean would definitely recommend it for families or couples

there was no inside bar, or it just wasn’t open while I was there, obviously the outside bar was open but not till late 🤷🏻‍♂️ I’m being picky tho!! great hotel 🏨

Food was very basic, would have expected a bit more with the price we paid. The buildings look a bit dodgy outside.

Excellent location, views of the bay, secure car parking, pool... restaurant grill was very good.

Rooms could do with a refresh, air con worked sporadically, (too hot), restaurant could do with a few more staff working during meal times, clearing tables, sweeping the floor etc....

Very unclean…. Bathrooms had old hair in the sinks and the shower areas. The floors were dirty The place is old and out of date.

Location is 5 star, perfect right next to the beach, 15 minute walk along a beautiful boardwalk to Jean Cap Ferrat Marina, wonderful! views amazing.

We never complain but feel that customers need to know our thoughts. The rooms are situated in out buildings and therefore does not have a hotel feel, more like a holiday camp feel to the complex. Staff were rude and not very forthcoming when help was required, water cooler in the reception area was empty for two days in heat wave! Cleanliness of rooms and general décor very poor, furniture in all areas could do with upgrading 100%. We paid for half board but ate out every night! as the food was not great, breakfast was poor also. Not enough sun beds around pool area, opened at 9:30am. Private cove was closed due to safety reasons, no attempt to open this area which would have been a welcome addition to the bed shortage and busy pool area. 2 star at best not 3. Not value for money.

There was no key for the safe, breakfast can be a little more elaborate.

Professional and friendly staff, easy alignment with questions, all requests were fulfilled at the first inquiry. Hotel Rooms were clean and equipped with all necessary items and in very good shape, everything worked well - to feel at home a little bit of personal taste beside the pure functionality would add comfort and character. Overall the service was definetly good.

On the day of departure, the breakfast buffet was empty at 8:00 in the morning and was not refilled, even though we asked. In a nutshell even the day before the breakfast was OK but nothing more - most hotels in europe are able invest some more care and love into their food- the quality of the breakfast settled our decision to go outside for diner. Drinks at the bar were expensive. Beer was served in cans, a glass would have been nice.
