24 hours checkin. I was travelling by car with my family and tried to cover as much distance as possible, so I did not book anything in advance. Here, there was a family room available for an acceptable price, and I could check in any time I arrive. The room looked clean. The price was good.

No elevator. I had some heavy suitcases that I did not want to leave in the car. VERY tiny bathroom.

Close to the highway, silent, very friendly and helpful staff. Kids on the storey/mezzanine were happy.

The floor covering seems to be not fresh and clean. I was affraid to step on it without a shoes.

They messed up the booking and we ended op sleeping half the family on the floor. Reception resolved it with a 50% discount.

Arrived after 1 at night. I was instructed by hotel to use self check in machine. This wasn’t working and couldn’t get the code to my room. Emergency number wasn’t working. I was forced to look for another hotel at night. Not nice when you are travelling from far away and just want to slip and continue your travel. I have messaged the hotel straight away but 2 days later and still have no answer from there.

We arrived after the reception was closed and the code received by email didn’t work to enter our room. After calling the duty phone, we were given a new room. My kids woken up in middle of the night due to body rash where we discovered the beds were full of bed bugs. We got a new room in the middle of the night. The staff We showed the room in the morning to the reception staff so they could take action for the room and ask for a refund. Staff was nice but didn’t speak English so the case requires extra follow up correspondence with booking.com customer service for a refund.
