Reception open anytime, ....but that's it ....

Big issue with cleanness, not only a punctual problem, but the accumulation of limestone and tartar in the toilet, shower and in the washbasin is completely UNACCEPTABLE, and referring to the amount of it, this is going on for months ...

the rooms were dated, no air con, very expensive, staff walked into our room without knocking and it wasnt even check out time..

clean, spacious and comfortable rooms.

Style of decor, kind of oldfashioned but obviously not a big problem :) Everything was ok for our 1 night stay!!

morning staff…. refused us water before we left on bikes during the heatwave. thankfully one of us was determined enough to convince them. certainly a policy and attitude that needs looking at. didn’t spoil a great stay.

Everything. The hotel is set in a beautiful place. Lovely space around to walk through very friendly people. Staff at the hotel was great 👍 the hotel room wow. It was a massive space very clean and well set out. The view from the balcony was stunning too. Ide recommended anyone to try this place and I most certainly will be going back.

The size of the room. I was a quiet area and very easy check in and check out. I would always come back. Also free parking, cheap breakfast is great.

That the area and property is slowly demolishing. It seems that it used to be a very nice place, but now not much renovation is done. I hope they will get there in the future again.

Double charged but quickly refunded. Food looked like a 70's buffet.

Well situated in Stadkyll, close to the centre and various restaurants. Had an excellent dinner on a terrace just 100 meters onwards. Hotel has its own parking space. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast.

Room was very small and not really soundproof with respect to neighbouring room, but it was the last room available that night so probably got the worst room one may get in the hotel, and as for us it was a one night stopover it did not really matter.

Breakfast was good, the juice machine didn't work and the bottles filled with juice didn't seem very covid friendly to me. The receptionist that answered my call when I gave them notice I was late was very friendly, however arriving after 23 there was nobody there to help me get my car charged overnight and that was a huge problem for me the next day.

People smoking everywhere, might be a German thing. No car charger possibility because night staff didn't know how to operate it. no internet in the rooms, bathroom not very clean.

The staff was very kind and even let the bar open a couple of hours longer than usual.

There was some blood on the pillow I had to sleep on and the heating was not working.
