Location is pretty close to shopping centers

Pillows could have been a lil better

the convenience of the location was helpful.

1. the front desk worker, Michael; slow, seemingly incompetent, and unable to work efficiently. I provided my (valid) drivers license and booking confirmation and pin showing I paid immediately upon greeting. He kept asking for my “info” (name, address) and asked me to pay again! Then told me about a “$100 deposit” - which the Booking app didn’t mention AT ALL! He made a copy of my debit card; which was uncomfortable to me!! That’s how people can steal! then told me about the times breakfast was served, but didn’t mention that a guest has to pay $5 to eat. terrible communication, unprofessional demeanor, unable to comprehend simple sentences and unable to work efficiently.

The bed was not comfortable at all; it felt like it was coming apart every time I moved.

Property was kind of run down, elevators were slow and smelled like diesel and people were loitering around late when we got back from the concert. Pillows were flat and beds were lumpy. No ice to be had at all.
