Comfortable, very clean, a good modern hotel. They have an excellent chef! Excellent evening meal and good breakfast. Quiet room.

Access is via a very busy road hazardous if you are trekking, OK if you are in a car.

Rooms are a bit outdated, but everything is functional. A bit far away from Parma (10-15 min drive), but not too far, and also relatively close to highways, so you don’t have to go through the city traffic if you’re traveling.

The staff were all, without exception, friendly and welcoming. The shower was really good, and there was lots of hot water. Towels were changed every day. Breakfast was a sweet-toothed person's fantasy, with a huge choice of pastries and cakes. There is a bus stop right outside. There is a wonderful restaurant on the nearby roundabout.

Only one of the staff wore a mask, and not a single other guest, and I saw no one using the hand sanitiser, even though both are mandatory. There is no dinner on Sunday, no food at all between breakfast and dinner. This is not the place for a romantic getaway; it's principally for itinerant workers, who turn up to meals in work clothes. Although individually the receptionists were helpful, they did not seem to have a handover or communicate well with one another. The air-conditioning works, but is noisy and needs updating. Because the building is exposed to the sun, with no shade, the windows need to be curtained with heat blinds down or the sun would bake the room, so the bedrooms are in constant darkness. The hotel is hidden behind some unfinished buildings. Mosquitos are a problem and there are no fly screens on any windows, no repellent plugs (I had to buy one), and the windows on the stairwells are left open, with lights on all night, attracting more.

Bed is small and very thin mattress but overall comfortable. heating system of the room was appropriate. Shower: the water flow is abundant and even. Restaurant was appropriate in terms of menu variety and food fair quality.

The all atmosphere is of a "working" location but because I was there for working reason, that's ok.

We arrived a lil late as we landed late but the staff was kind enough to wait for us. Luckily we made it just in time before check in closed. Location is a little out there. Just see farmland and highway around. Hotel is basic but nice. Has mostly everything that is needed for a night's stay. Bed was comfy. Room has fridge but no kettle. Toilet doesn't have shampoo and conditioner but we had our own so it's ok. It did have a hair dryer. Breakfast was not bad. A lot of bread and pastries. Personally would have like some fruit and beg options. The coffee is really good though. Overall its a good place to stop while on a road trip and you need a nice place to sleep.

Personal is kind. Although it is a little bit away from everything, for us this was totally fine, since we wanted something between Cinque terre and Milan. Price per valeu couldn't be better.

Plastic cutlery being the only option for the breakfast. This is wrong. May have been okay 10y ago, but today this is not nice anymore. Real knives or at least some eco friendly like the ones made of wood. There was a stain at the floor in front of the shower. WiFi was really slow.

good hotel for passing by 1 stop or maybe as a cheap base to visit the region all of the staff are friendly, from the reception people to servers to cook
