The breakfast were delicious and the views were amazing. One of the best place to stay when you’re in Pienza .
Just the air conditioning is not working properly at that time of our stay.

Friendly staff gave me a perfect room with a perfect view over the breath taking Tuscan landscape, the staff was very friendly and helpfull, location can be easily reached by car, and they have a parking space under the hotel. Room was very clean, with a nice bathroom and a very comfy bed, and very quiet. The breakfast was delicious! and that in combi with the view! This hotel is just perfect for a a stay in Pienza / Tuscany

I booked 5 rooms and they gave only 3 rooms. Thge message about that was very late and it was difficult to get65 2 rooms nearby.

Brilliant place, big room, nice air con, the room was 'pre-conditioned' when we arrived so we could chill immediately when we walked in. Breakfast was good, not many options but good quality. Nice view of the valley from the garden behind.
No lift - not a problem for us but might be a problem for some, but the lady we met when first arrived was so helpful she helped us lifting a suitcase upstairs even when we did not ask her to do that.
Manouvering the car in the basement could be quite tricky although I did not really have any real problem.

Great location (very close to the city centre), awesome garden with an amazing view on the valley, free parking lot, many options for breakfast.

Great location, right next to the walls of the Pienza centro storico. There was a great view of the Val d'Orcia from the balcony of our room. Own free parking. Breakfast is a plus, good cold meats and a large selection of cakes.

Location was right next to old town Pienza and there are a lot of nice restaurants nearby. Pienza is flat, small and easy to navigate and makes an ideal place to stay that is central to the heart of tuscany. Breakfast on the terrace overlooked a spectacular tuscan view.
Parking was free but tight. Staff could have been a little more helpful, but language presented a barrier.

Hotel is out of wall but everything is so close eachother, we reach city center by walking in 1 minute. Hotel has a good valley view. Everything was good from stuff to breakfast☺️
