Atmosphere, interesting and pretty old building, well renovated! Strategic location near everything. Comfortable large bed. Very good breakfast! We got a very good deal an had optimal value for money!

Be prepared for traffic noise in the street, as often comes with a good location. Some rooms face inwards and will be more quiet than ours

Gorgeous building and lovely rooms. We did not get breakfast in the hotel but the menu looked very good. Bar downstairs was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Super location and very close to bus station to get to the airport. Highly recommended!

worst hotel experience of my life. they decided to FUMIGATE the hotels kitchen with guests inside the hotel. I was sick to my stomach for days after breathing all those chemicals. illegal to do such a thing in my country but there I guess someone signed off on such a dangerous desition. had to move out of the hotel in the night due to dizziness and vomiting. the most unprofessional and disappointing experience I have ever had at a hotel.

Location was amazing, walking distance to all the good spots. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel lobby is comfortable and beautiful. Staff is very friendly. Good breakfast, selection of meats, cheese, pastries, jam and fruit with drinks.

Only things was that the beds kept pushing apart during the night. A double bed would've been more comfortable. The elevator is dated and and shaking so we took the stairs.

Beautiful rooms and building.Best possible position right at the cross roads of the old and the new. walk to every attraction. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I arrives apprehensive because of the language barrier and walked out without a care. Brilliant

Very nice hotel with a very welcoming personnel. Spacious room and great view of the cathedral from the rooftop. Central location

This hotel was converted from a palace in the 1990s. It has a lovely reception area with a central fountain, a bar and restaurant. The desk staff is friendly and anxious to help. The cathedral and the Alcazar are 10 to 15 minutes on foot. The first floor is closed for renovation and the main door for the parking garage is being replaced. We parked in Garage Magdalena, just a short walk away. Our room on the second floor was comfortable and quiet. The hotel is quite serious about its food. We had a breakfast and lunch there and I regret not trying the tasting menu for dinner. Ingredients were top quality, the breakfast perhaps the best of this trip.

The style and the deco

1st we were told that the garage parking door was broken and that we had to park in a public car park around 15 minutes walk away from the hotel. Very practical! 2nd the Wifi sucks but when you report the fact to the manager he answers that it works. As long as the hotel management does not take action to fix stuff, or does not accept customer feedback....... in short does not deserve 4 stars.

We will definitely recommend to our friends and family. The location is safe and convenient to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Both were superb. The highest recommendation goes to the staff who made us feel at home.

The mirror in the bathroom needed to be raised about 2 inches.
