The room wasn't clear enough, the floor was covered in sand and dust. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, as if it had not been cleaned and ventilated for a long time.

Private parking appeared to cost 8 euro per night. Bathroom is quite small and deserves renovation

The pool is large and privately enclosed. Lovely breakfast with very large selection of fresh bread, cakes, biscuits and pastries. Hot and cold produce available. Particularly lovely fried eggs on final day. I microwaved the tomatoes. Staff were responsive and beds were comfortable. Shower was hot and powerful. Entertainment was available on several nights. Lovely restaurants in side streets close by. We would stay again.

Entertainment was good, but the Karaoke needed better management.

Old plumbing installations (difficult to regulate water temperature, very loud). Quite a bit of noise from the restaurant below. The breakfast was disappointing with no warm food at all (eg. Scambled eggs, sausage or anything similar).

The pool is fantastic. The food was very good too, although I would like to have seen more vegetarian choices.

Very friendly reception, good communication and accommodating with parking. Staff in the dining room, bar and even the cleaning staff also very friendly and helpful. Hotel location, just in from the beach (2 minute walk) which meant it was much quieter. Swimming pool was great and not to busy. All areas clean and well maintained. Very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

The hotel was very clean. The room was spacious and had a balcony. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. We enjoyed aqua Zumba in the pool Monday and Wednesday, which was super fun! The buffet was fantastic, a wide variety of choices, for breakfast and dinner. A fantastic shower with lots of water pressure. This hotel has a lot to offer! if you are not fuss about some of the fittings being dated, this is a fantastic 3 star hotel, excellent value for money, you won’t be disappointed!

There is nothing I did not like. As an improvement, we would have loved to have a fridge in the room.

wifi was not always working good, breakfast variety was poor and they did not offer crispy bacon, it was cooked and the taste was not good 20 min walking distance to the city center so u must hurry to get some food if u dont wanna eat everyday at the hotel buffet since the kitchen closes at 22 h in most of the nice restaurants

Fantastic dinner, the best in Spain during our two weeks lasting trip. Nice swimming pool.

some are friendly and trying to be helpfull( direction and night staff) . Some are much less service than sevice. Direction is sympathetic, but more on the sorry side than the efficient one. They do speak very fluent french. But, I bought a parking, out of order one night, they say sorry, never had a word about repaying, and I had to pay everything in advance. So I don't have a clear opinion about their honesty.

wifi is broken on third floor, and worse than my phone in the lobby... and limited to 2 connections ( if you get 2 phones, you can't connect a third one, or a laptop, or a tablet... ) Breakfast is bad quality; reconstituted ham ( and cheese) no fruits, industrial low quality food... but good bread. Places are reserved !?! So, if you only take the breakfast, you are not welcome ( they scold you as a naughty boy if you settle on a reserved table ( or even a tableclothed one !). Noisy. I can hear snoring, moving chairs, steps in the corridors ( mine and under mine) Most of the time, it's quite, but there is always the 2am drunk and loud client.

Very noisy room above breakfast bar => no sleep possible after 7am.

Friendly staff

The bedsheets. They are this plastic type that is very noisy when you move in the bed. It wakes me up when I turn, and also whoever else is sleeping in the room.
