Just be careful when booking because the pictures you go off to book are not accurate. They had photos of a renovated room and when we got there we got a very run down ‘version’ of that room. Personally I would not even say it’s the same version but according to the staff it is. I voiced my issues and requested a refund due to not receiving what we booked and booking under their false advertisement and was told I should have cancelled 21 days prior (I would have if I knew what I was getting). I ended up leaving the property due to the rooms not being comfortable enough to have an 18 month old in. We lost money and I was devastated due to this trip being for our wedding.

Wonderful stay! The most hospitable staff and a spacious, beautiful hotel. The pool(s) were perfect. The breakfast is delightful.

A bit pricey.

Excellent location for those preferring a less frenetic and perhaps more attentive experience to the more popular centres on the island. Staff friendly and welcoming, room clean and well appointed. Location in the centre of the historic village of Meglachori close to local Taverna’s and craft shops and just a short walk to views of the caldera.

The staff were charming and the bed was comfortable. The spa staff were outstanding.

The rooms are furnished exceptionally cheaply, the pool was small and the Jacuzzi remained green and dirty for three days. The location does not help the pretty miserable views.
