The size of the apartment was great. The kitchen facilities (kettle, microwave, coffee, tea, water, cutlery and crockery) were well-catered. The location is also pretyy much perfect: close to the beach and shops, a great mini market "Fadora" just over the road. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom also lovely.
The reciptionists are very professional and friendly.
When entering the apartment, there is a foul smell in the kitchen. I eventually discovered that it came from underneath the basin, so I moved the trash can out of the cupboard so that I didn't have to open it every time. The whole of my first evening I could not get the wifi to work on my phone nor the Netflix on the TV, but eventually after restarting the devices it worked.
The living room I hardly used as the furniture was not very comfortable and I felt that I needed to keep the blind closed due to people walking past and looking into the space which is unpleasant.
The other thing that made the space a bit unpleasant was the noise travelling from neighbours and cleaning staff. I had put the do not disturb sign on the door because I was feeling sick and wanted to stay in the apartment to rest, and two days in a row the cleaner parked the trolley outside my door while she was busy with the neighbouring apartments. This was a complete contradiction of "do not disturb".
I also unfortunately had to pay a higher price than usual (I assume) because I had booked my stay quite short notice and it was also during a very busy time so there was not many options available in Finikoudes anyway. For this reason, I am pretty disappointed with my stay. If I had paid the usual price of around 60-80 euro a night I wouldn't have been dissatisfied.

Everything was grate. Staff was very frendly and everitime willing to help and guide us whatever we asked them.
craftsmen who start drilling at 7 in the morning even the notice on the recepcion says that the work starts at 9 a.m.

We loved the staff that was super-helpful, very well informed and extraordinarily nice! The location is central, near the beach, intercity bus station and other relevant sights of the city. Inspite of that, there is hardly any noise, which is very important for an urban stay. Our apartment was cleaned on daily basis. All in all, a good choice for staying in Larnaca.

the property has the best location in the central larnaca private accommodation 24/7 receptionist I really enjoyed staying this residence apartment and the staff were amazing most of them the receptionist girls amazing customer service
but the room cleaning lady was rude and thought I was stealing bedsheets and didn’t get any apology overall it is nice place to stay
the cleaning lady who thought I was stealing the bed sheets and shouted on me it was really bad to experience things like that while in holiday

The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and the location was really good in Larnaca, close to multiple restaurants and things to do.
The WiFi was intermittent which caused some issues and the smart TV was not what was expected so only had local channels meaning some plans to relax in bed changed.

The apartment was spacious, great location, just 5 min walk from the beach and city center.
The wifi coverage was really bad and the bathroom was a bit smelly.

Close to the airport, clean rooms and comfortable beds.
The room for a group is big that you don’t feel the AC, which was annoying while sleeping. The wifi is not good at all.
