Location is okay , but not for swimming in the sea. Frankly speaking there was no chance to go into the sea . We had stayed for 11 days and we’re not able to swim even once.
The hotel itself is nice , in a thai style , but quite old. Staff is super friendly and trying their best effort.
The breakfast was super boring and in an American style mostly.

The most comfortable bed ever, and the breakfast was really good. Best poached eggs I've had in Thailand! The variety of food was top notch too, and the restaurant is a beautiful location over looking the beach.
Staff were so so so nice as well, very welcoming.
We stayed in a pool access room and LOVED it, definitely worth the price. The pool that we accessed from our room was actually a refreshing temperature which was nice as the main pool and beach water was warm. We had the room (112) down the far end of the pool so it felt very private.
The resort can also help organise a motorbike rental which is a great service so you don't have to worry about which one to go to.

As mentioned the main pool (which is soooo beautiful) - the water was very warm but not much the resort can do about that, but important to note.
Also the happy hour could have been better, there were only certain cocktails included on it where it would have been better if the frozen cocktails were included in the happy hour pricing.

Quiet smaller resort within easy walking distance of the ‘action’ but sufficiently away from the noise
Some larger umbrellas over the loungers! A first world problem when the temperature is over 30degs!

Staff were excellent, bedroom was very good, spacious, clean. Quality of food superb.
The beach in front of the property was very dirty. A lot of plastics and seaweed to wade through before getting to cleaner water.

The beach was heavily polluted with plastic and rubbish and we were unable to swim which was disappointing.
No sound proofing between rooms and we heard constant crying and footsteps from family with small children above us.

Just on the beach, that is shared with other hotels, very prompt service, Thai people offer great hospitality and this hotel was even superior. The housekeeping staff reasons superfast..lots of plug points to charge the electronic devices
We were 3 adults and Thankfully they did not force us take a site or 2 rooms.

One of the best resorts on Chaweng Beach. Compared a lot of them walking up and down the beach. Good breakfast with eggs, pancakes and waffles on demand. Nice pool and beach access. Spacious luxurious rooms with a view. Ours had a big bathroom, outdoor spa bath and ocean view from balcony. Great hospitable staff. Even organised a romantic dinner on the beach for us.

Everything - the location was fab - far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the peace & tranquility but close enough to take a walk/cab if your wanted a bit more of a lively night
The little touches in the room were very appreciated - oil burner lit everyday, insect repelled device left for us to use.
Rooms were exceptionally clean
The beach/pool area was so relaxing.
We only had breakfast on site during our stay but the staff were accommodating and the selection was great.
There wasn’t a single thing we didn’t enjoy

A hotel with huge potential and a clueless staff in the service Lucky to have Michael as the manager, an amazing person who fixes the soft touch that the Lear service team gives.

The staff is very hospitable, the place is well maintained and the location is isolated in a very crowded beach.
It was a little bit noisy, from the other guests.
The room had to many glass walls that required us to improvise in order to assure our privacy.

10/10 would recommend. Right on the beach. such a good location. everything was so so clean and the staff were amazing. will defintely stay here again. food and drinks were amazing too

absolutely loved this hotel. about 12/15 min walk into the main area of Chaweng Beach but further enough away to avoid crowded or noisy beach. we stayed in the villa with the private pool and the room was amazing. couldn’t fault anything. The breakfast was excellent and watermelon shakes were Devine ! Already going to book for next year.
nothing. We stayed over NYE so there was a party from the bar next door but honestly to be expected for NYE. loved this place

Well, this place is the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying it, nice beach with a bet of sea weeds, service is great, breakfast is great , staff are good and helpful, nothing to complain about to be honest

The beach.
A hotel employee broke into our room in the middle of the night. We told reception and they did nothing at all. Said it must have been a mistake and we were left with the truama. Severl other gustes reported on facebook about thefts from their suitcases in this hotel.

The room with the private pool is big, beautiful, with a lot of facilities inside.

Quite hotel in center location with beautiful beach and pool.
The room with the private pool has an outdoor shower, and the door from this shower to the room is not completely seal. Which means that during our stay there were bugs coming into the room and make us scared from the next bugs.
This is NOT what you expect that you pay so much for a room.
We talked about this to the staff a couple of times, they said they will deal with it. They didn’t, and this was disappointing. The hotel is amazing and the staff except from this were very helpful but if I knew this before, I would have book another room.
