The property was very central. Kim and James were very helpful! The apartment contained everything you needed.

This is a fabulous central location for exploring not only the town but also the surrounding area. The underground carpark was a bonus. We loved the quirky nature of the room (we had a studio). The staff were really helpful and lovely which made everything easy. The starter pack in the room was a nice touch.

Hotel is so close to the main street shopping and restaurants.
I like jacuzzi on the balcony and swimming pool area.
Very nice and quiet.
You need to improve water pipes they are to loud especially in the middle of the night.
Maybe more house keeping service for people who stays for longer.

the location was close to all shops, restaurants and four mile beach. The management were bright, friendly and helpful. The heated pool was fantastic and a great place to sit and relax.
We had a balcony with a spa pool which overlooked the street and was great but it didn’t leave a lot of room for lounging. But we could do that at the pool.

Room was perfectly set up with everything we needed, private but really accessible. Pool was great. Location was awesome.
Honestly, nothing. We had an issue with our spa that was sorted immediately.

Our Spa suite was very clean and roomy with a great balcony . The location was very convenient and the pool was lovely . Lots of secure parking available . The only issue might be for people with Mobility issues as a lot of stairs and the shower is over a large spa ( which we loved )

Well located, managing couple are superb, room was excellent with a good level of facilities including jacuzzi.

pool wasn’t deep, therefore swimming was hard, rooms weren’t cleaned and needed to take amenities.

A really nice property to stay at and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Loved the extended outdoor room (room 35b) and the pool was spot on. Great venue at a great price.
Elevators would be nice but you can't just stick those in.

Our room was nicely appointed with all you could need for a relaxing stay in the centre of town. Free undercover parking was a bonus. Also, our room had its own washing machine and dryer.
There is no lift and lugging heavy suitcases up stairs was a bit of a pain.

Location just around the corner from everything. Pool was at a good temp (our friends in another motel said their pool was too warm). Large room and lots of cupboard space. Quiet Air Conditioner.
The Room has cooking facilities but there was no rangehood and we constantly panicked we would set off the smoke alarm. There was a sign near the cooktop warning that if the smoke detectors activated and fire servcies attended we would pay the call out fee.

Location was great, short walk to many restaurants. Room was comfortable. Pool was excellent.
Would have liked a table and 2 chairs inside to sit and eat, also we saw a microwave in 1 of the photos and assumed the room would have a microwave which it didn't, was also difficult to wash dishes in the hand basin.
