The odour in the reception area.

The breakfast was wonderful with a varied selection. The location is perfect to explore the 'old town' , walk along the beach and to get back and forth to the train station. The staff at the reception are very helpful and helped me find everything I was looking for in town.

The internet reception was spotty. It just needed to be rebooted after I brought the issue to the attention of the reception. It was not. a big problem since I was traveling for leisure.

An ideal location for a walk around the town and a visit to the coast. Bistro and Restaurants in abundance. This will be my 2nd visit to the Le Relais Saint-Jaques.

A small room, We can't complain as it was a comfortable stay.

Friendly and welcoming, also our dog was welcomed 🙌 room was comfortable and clean and good breakfast available. Hotel Central and close to bars, restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient location right by the train station and bus terminal. Great as we were stopping over for the night. The charming markets and old town are right nearby. We liked the good selection of teas in the room. The staff were very accommodating and we were able to check in early. Thanks to the lovely staff who were happy to help us in English. The bakery next door is fantastic too, we'd suggest stopping by for a snack!

It was located on the main road with some noise and light coming in from cars. This was fairly well blocked out with closed windows and curtains drawn. There were mini soaps and body wash/shampoos in the bathroom. We'd suggest refillable shampoo, conditioner and soap containers as they create less plastic waste.

The Relais St. Jacques was a real pleasure. The location across from the train station with free parking at the station was very convenient. it is also easy walking distance to the historic center and the beach. The rooms were easy to get to via elevator. The room was well appointed with coffee and tea and the usual amenities. The room was also very quiet, with great A/C (we are in a heat wave) and a very comfortable bed. The staff members were very helpful including sending us to a great restaurant.

Very nice welcome including explanation of access after hours. Comfortable beds. Boiler in room for tea/coffee. Very clean. Good location--easy to find, and very walkable to reach the pedestrian shopping streets, restaurants & the seafront. I was traveling with friends who were vegans & the hotel's menu includes a quinoa salad that they raved about.

No parking available at the hotel, but we knew this ahead of time. The hotel is very near the train station where there is plenty of free parking.

Very noisy from the traffic if you had to open the window. Very hot at night, impossible to turn off the heating!! The decor was tired.
