I have stayed in numerous hotels in Vigo and, as far as customer service is concerned, this was far and away the best. All the staff I dealt with, from Sole and colleagues to the staff in the breakfast room, addressed each request I had with energy and pleasant professionalism, and were warmly attentive at all times. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Booking.com gives you the option of a double bed or two single mattresses together, depending on availability. So if you need a double bed, make sure you check in advance with the hotel.

The staff were excellent from the welcome and helpfulness of the receptionist to the waitress at breakfast - they could not have been nicer. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and was very good quality.

WiFi wasn’t good in room 105. The coffee cups in the room were too small when used with the Nespresso machine and coffee overflowed - you just need slightly bigger cups.

Great location 5 minutes walk to the seafront. Close to loads of bars and restaurants. Very comfortable with helpful staff
