Look no further! Minas and Anna exemplify the very best of Greek hospitality and graciousness. They'll welcome you like family. I've traveled all over Greece, renowned for its hospitality, and have not met many hosts of this caliber and warmth. The super comfy, spacious, and immaculately clean apartments overlook an idyllic fishing village and beach where you can watch amazing sunsets every night while listening to live traditional music being played at one of the seaside tavernas. The homemade breakfast is amazing and will fill you until well into the afternoon. Beyond its ideal location in Foiniki, the hotel is an incredibly short drive from the airport and amazing nearby beaches, and not that far of a drive to the other main beaches of the island, not to mention the breathtaking journey getting to those places. Minas knows everyone and every part of Karpathos. He gave outstanding recommendations for restaurants that offered some of the best food I've had in Greece as well as off the beaten path edenic beaches that simply made the trip even that more unforgettable.

The location is wonderful. The owner Minas met us with a warmest wolcome, introduced us to the room/suite, and everything to know about the hotel facilities and nearby points of interest. During the whole stay he and his wife Anna, were allaways ready to help and guide to whatever we needed. Breakfast is excellent, and the view with a couple of minutes walking distance to the beautifuly striking beach made it very special.

The hotel room was large and beautiful. The views from the balcony overlooking the fishing port of Foiniki and neighbouring island Kasos are stunning. The hotel owners were very kind and made the extra mile so that we feel comfortable. The breakfast is worth it. It was big, tasty and diverse.

The apartments had a great location and view with a short walk to the taverna's. Our apartment was huge and very clean with 2 balconies.
Minas, the owner was super friendly and kindly gave us cakes and some fruit. His breakfasts were amazing with a huge selection of food which was also enough for lunch. Would highly recommend. Alkioni Hotel.

Great location above cute Finiki village. I upgraded the studio to amazing garden & seaviews for +10€/day. The extra breakfast (12€) is huge and fed me for at least two meals. Since I stayed 2+ weeks, the host provided me with free drinking water. Overall, the service was amazing, I felt like home.
I worked for 2 weeks from the studio. The wifi signal is strong but the line itself is weak. Browser-based activities were okay, but video calls were painful (<4mbps sometimes).

Beautiful apartment with beautiful view from balcony in beautiful fishing village. Minas the owner was very kind and helpful he was there for all our questions and wishes. We loved tasty homemade breakfast which was served in the room / balcony.

Breakfast was opulent with something of everything, fresh and delicious and all homemade with love, served on the apartment's balcony with the great view.
Rooms very nice and well equipped, friendly and familiar atmosphere, very nice location with fantastic westward view on village, harbour, beach, sea and sunset. Beach only a stonethrow away, backed up by nice tavernas in a pittoresque bay, no souvenir shops or other signs of intense tourism around - really good!

First of all, Minas and Anna were great hosts and made our stay comfortable and cozy. They upgraded us (with no additional cost) to apartment n. 8, which was bigger and had everything we needed for our comfort. The position of the studio is fantastic, with 2 balconies, sea view and also a nice patio on the other side (where the entrance is). There are 2 rooms and a bathroom and it is really spacious. We had breakfast only once but it was an incredible experience: omelette, feta, tomatoes, olives, cucumber, bougatsa (a Greek cake), yoghurt with honey, fruit and pastries with vegetables,coffee and juice! It was enough for lunch as well as breakfast! Cleaning service was every 2 days, with towels change, so our apartment was always clean and spotless! The sunset from the balcony with the view on the small church and the rocks is breathtaking... We really recommend this place to everyone!

Great location just a five minute walk to the beach and tavernas. While we had to wait 10 mins when we arrived to be greeted, we were upgraded which was lovely. The apartments were beautiful and very clean with exceptional views from the balconies. Thank you Minas.

Minas and Anna were the perfect hosts-kind, acommodating and non-intrusive. Really recommend trying their breakfast-homemade from their own produce.
The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable and the shower very good.
The appartment is walking distance to the beach and is perfectly located for exploring the island with great restaurants close by.

The view is amazing. The room we stayed in was very big and spacious and there was a nice breeze and great temperature throughout the day.
The rooms are a bit outdated and don't feel as modern and up-to-date as the exterior of the building.

Located in Finiki, a very nice small village just close to the sea (perfect location), the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The hotel owners Mrs Anna ann Mr Minas were very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay.The hotel provides u almost every facilities, is very clean and the view to the sea is fantastic..
Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend dis hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there:)
