The breakfast buffet was impressive and very considerate of gluten-free needs. Our room was comfortable and spacious, with a kitchenette and dining table and even a dining set on the balcony. The hotel bar was also a nice atmosphere and had friendly staff. The receptionist gave us numerous recommendations for restaurants and other attractions. Parking on the street was very easy. The pool and the rest of the facilities were nice.

The walls are thin and noise travels easily so I slept with ear plugs. Pool towels are not free.

Key system, you get two keys one for door and one for electricity. They cannot be separated, so if someone needs to go out,he needs to knock to get into the room and you can't charge anything when you are not in the room.

Staff friendly, good location, not far from beach, cleaned more often that any other place I've stayed in for one week. Beds were really comfortable. A spacious one bed apartment, kitchen adequate for a couple.

Balcony not very private but we were on the 5th floor with views of other apartment buildings, not that big a deal as we were out most days/nights! Poor sound proofing, could almost hear next doors conversations when it was quiet. Air con could be more powerful but it was comfortable for September.

The staff were so nice and helpful. The location was also very good, ten minutes walk to the beach.

The only fault I had was the mattress was too soft and uncomfortable.

On the day when we needed to arrive to hotel, we received message that there has been some booking error and we have to stay in another hotel. We had plans in port Alcudia, but this new hotel was in another city - port Polleca. This really ruined our plans. Also, we wanted to spend time in beach (only reason why we chose this hotel), but this other hotel was 20minutes away from beach (by foot, because we didnt have car). Also, public transport was horrible here. Because of this hotel change, our vacation was ruined a little bit. Other hotel was great, no complaints there, had amazing breakfeat (which we had for free because of this situation), but this hotel was just not where we wanted to be.

The lady on reception Maria was so helpful and polite to deal with. The apartments were spotlessly clean and serviced 5 out of 7 days. Beds were comfortable and balcony was spacious. There is plenty of restaurants and pubs near the apartments. It is approx 30 minute was to the Port side of Alcudia which I didn’t research properly.

The walls are paper thin. You can clearly hear the guests next door movements/talking, and if the room is being cleaned every morning. Probably not ideal if you are a light sleeper/early riser depending on your neighbours
