locaation was a 10 minute walk from the train station, town centre and the festival which we attended

We weren't told refurbishments were being carried out on the floor we were on and the room next to ours was being used to store their tools. Drilling started at 8.30am . Not impressed

The staff on duty was very friendly and helpful, especially Mr Marty and Mr De Silva. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there!! Thanks to them!

Everything was great, clean brilliant staff could not do enough for you. The food was wonderful and I can’t state enough how great the staff were.

The only issue we had was there was a constant drip outside the bedroom window, which kept us awake most of the night

Spacious tidy room , comfy bed , and tasty breakfast included. Friendly staff. Ideal for an overnight stay after a late ferry from France to Poole. 2nd visit in a week. Will definitely use it again. Perfectly located for the ferry and poole town centre. Always friendly staff aswell.

The air conditioning, and breakfast is really good and ithe hotel is in an amazing location very close to the beach, train/bus station. Outside is a lovely patio area with palm trees and there is a small bar which is run nicely. The room and bed is of good size and the shower is good. Excellent parking facilities, very friendly reception staff and a TV.

For the price I hoped for a little extra like a jacuzzi sauna room.

Good efficient and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Good location but a little far from the Quay (20 mins) for walking back and forward too often.

The room had poor air conditioning. The display on the control had a flashing spanner so I assume it needed maintenance/repair. Housekeeping supplied a fan but the room was still too hot.
