Att poolen bara har ca 20 grader är inte alls ok. Betalar jag för pool o den inte går att njuta av. Ja då känns det som falsk marknadsföring. Det är nämligen ett mkt starkt sökkriterium för oss.

Very polite helpful and co operative staff. Good breakfast. Excellent bar and food. Car parking excellent. Charging points available. Central location near canal and river. Easy walk from station.

Breakfast was ok Appreciate have gluten free bread. Hallways were nice. Outside seating was nice. Close to town and nice outside walking

Pool too cold to swim. Beds were very thin. Would have liked one extra pillow. Smokers were too close to outside seating, couldn't stay and enjoy outside dining Scrambled Eggs were horrible, no flavor just ick.

1. The rooms were a decent size 2. the receptionist/person taking care of breakfast day after. she was understanding of our lousy stay and gave us a discount on the price.

several things: 1. we were not told before hand that there would be a HUGE party with lots of noisy kids (18-21 years) screaming dancing outside outside window at 12am. we were blown off by the receptionist who was doubling up as a server and barman. Very unprofessional attitude. 2. the breakfast was average with the orange juice tasting like water. not much choice of bread and the serving like a school cafeteria you stand in a queue behind each other to take the food. really not nice. 3. the pool was extremely small nothing really to advertise about. 4. we will never choose to stay in this hotel again.
