無料空港シャトルバスがあると、Bookingの最初に書いてあるにもかかわらず、実際にはバスはない。スタッフからは福州のどのホテルでも無料シャトルはないと宣言された。Bookingが嘘をホームページに書いたのか。それともホテル側が嘘の記述をしたのか。無料シャトルバスがあることが唯一最大の理由で予約したにもかかわらず、それがなかったことに対して誰が責任を取るのか。ハッキリしていただきたい。

酒店地點好：行５分鐘便可到南門兜地鐵站，去三坊七巷只乘同路線一個站，去西湖只乘同路線兩個站，去景點很方便。酒店旁辦工樓商場有食店，也很方便。

附近沒有大超市。

Very friendly and helpful hotel team. A hotel with a nice ambience. Very clean rooms. Definitely my choice when I travel to Fuzhou again.

Way too few socket in the room! Funny story: I put on the "do not disturb" sign for a nap. Instead of entering my room, they called the phone of the hotel room and asked me when they are allowed to enter my room.

Very comfortable rooms and wide breakfast spread. Gym was amazing with separate areas for cardio, weight training and mat exercises.

In a foreign land but after only one day all the staff recognised and welcomed me. Breakfast my choice of beverage was brought without asking. I was never asked twice from my room number. I travel the world on Business and few hotels have impressed me as much as this one. It is the small welcoming gestures that impress. From the cleaners eager to supply extra water whilst ensuring your room is immaculately clean. The quality and choice and food in the restaurant is unbelievable. The pool, the leisure facilities were all top class. 5 star hotel but deserves a 7 star rating.

I enjoy a relaxing drink after work and whilst there is a Horizon lounge i believe that is for the posh guests and I am just in an executive room. I am sure I could have a drink in the lobby but it is not the same. Other than that highly recommended.

The location is great, room is very clean and spacious

We book hotel as a child friendly destination. Unfortunately, the play area is closed. The Water in kiddy pool Is colder then in main pool. The changing room at the pool area is moldy and very outdated. The stuff was sleeping in the changing room. The stuff speak very poor English. I tried to find out about spa but nobody could assist me. The breakfast is poor. We ordered eggS Benedict it arrived without ham and sauce... With a leaf instead of spinach. The waffle is very dry. The beer in the restaurant was warm. In the lobby our daughter was attacked with cameras by other people. We came to relax but ended up getting non stop stress.
