I liked the location and the reception person Ionuț. He was very nice, polite and accommodating

The property is advertising AC but fail to tell you that AC is only available if the temperature outside is over 21 Celsius . Without AC the room gets hot and stuffy. The showers in both rooms were leaking, there was mold in the shower and the hair dryer smelled like it was burning 3 minutes into drying my hair.

Staff was friendly and gave helpful information. They even tried to contact us proactively to warn us of potential noise due to a booked event. For our short preflight stay this was not an issue at all and the noise was not a hearable inside the 4th floor room. Would well recommend and revisit for business trips.

Shower drain could not completely keep up with the great shower heads water flow.

The hotel was close to the area of Cluj that I visited for work, the location was nice for me. It was quite affordable.

In general, it is not a 4-star hotel. The quality of the services doesn't match this mark. The staff is not friendly and sometimes even odd. They may even ignore clients. In my case, I was speaking to a receptionist about a problem I faced in my room. But in the middle of the conversation, she turned around and then pretended that she is playing with her phone and doesn't hear me. Later the other person apologized for not solving the problem. But I don't think an apology can vanish such things. Breakfast is poor.

The staff was fine and the food was incredibly tasty. Room comfortable,nice balcony

The water was brown and stinky for some reason. Luckily,my friend and I slept there only for few hours before the flight.

Good quiet location. Close to public transportation. Excellent hotel, great staff.

Location was alright, and so was breakfast.

The staff barely speaks English, and they seem very distant, as if someone is forcing them to work somewhere they hate. The restaurant staff was also clumsy and questionable. 2/3 times we ate there, it was good, but the one time once I ordered spaghetti with shrimps, it was a disaster. The spaghetti were crunchy and definitely not fresh, while shrimps were half cleaned.

i have stat this hotel and water was cert dirty i didnt have a Bath FOR 2 days

I stayed one day in a very large special room, which was great On some days (in the smaller breakfast room) the breakfast was good, with hot food and well presented uncooked food

On some days (in the larger breakfast room) the breakfast was not good, with cooked food left to get cold, and not a very good selection of uncooked food
