The room was very basic but it was clean and a good location for getting to and from Wembley

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and everywhere needed redecorating - it's all very drab and old fashioned

The staff where very friendly and very helpful even prompted asking is if we needed travel advice and advised us accordingly. We where off to wembley and all the connections worked well... bus to tube...then tube to bus on way back which drops outside the hotel... Liked that there was drinking water In the room only thing is little slow to come out the tap ....as is filtered so bare with it.

The room was a tad tooo warm...and air-conditioning didn't work...they did have fans though but the hot weather was bit much for them 😳

Free parking is always a bonus in london, very close to the tube station and bus route

I felt comfortable in this hotel, the rooms are a good size, the view is excellent, the staff is very respectful, helpful and kind, especially the staff who work in the morning shift are very wonderful.

The room's curtains do not block sunlight as other usual hotels do

Was in area where I can see family and friends especially with me being disabled

There was nothing not to like it’s extremely good hotel

The room and public areas of this hotel were spotless. Room had everything you would expect and the shower worked well, something that is sometimes an issue.
