Location was excellent. Right in the centre. Shops, restaurants etc on the doorstep

Very nice and kind receptionist girls who can helps with tours and everything! Perfect location for all destinations! Very warm in the room , they put additional heater Breakfast we don’t take in the hotel , we prefer to get by ourselves. Beautiful view from balcony on Meteora 🥰

My car was a little bit scratch by another car on their private parking. It’s can be removed, but feeling was no good when I see this in the morning .

The beds were a disgrace.NARROW, HARD and noisey every time one moved There was also an awful smell in the room u think coming from the air conditioning.

super location and we had a room with a view of two of the monasteries. it was nice and warm in the lobby and the room and the water hot, which was good because the temperatures dropped to near freezing at night . on site parking was handy

The hotel is in a really good location, the view of the terrace of my room was amazing. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

The shower was really old and not that clean... The curtain was too short so every shower turned the bathroom into a pool. Also the phone in my room ringed two times at 8:45 for no reason...

We loved the spectacular roof terrace of our room with view all around. The location is really great, easy to reach by car and with a lot of restaurants and shop very close.

Beautiful view of Meteora from 4th floor.. No main holidays season (mid- Sep), thus half empty and calm. Friendly staff private off-street hotel parking

Location was awesome, smack down in the heart of the city, and the View from the balcony of the rock wall of Meteora was superb. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Interior seemed fine at first glance, but on closer inspection showed to be pretty dated and faulty at times. Pool was either not open for business, or needed to be shined up alot before I would consider using it.

The location was great and the price was low.

The mattresses were very uncomfortable, the breakfast was only partially edible (literally rotten hard boiled eggs and many things stale or old looking), and we weren’t informed ahead of time that the pool was closed, which was our entire reason for choosing this property. We ended up moving for our last night to a property with a pool, and Edelweiss refused to refund our money even after we gave an over 24 hour notice.

The location is in the center of Kalabaka. The view from the room on the 4th floor is breathtaking. Having a coffee by the pool with all the huge rocks surrounding you is hilarious. But what makes the hotel really comfortable is the receptionist Anna who was super helpful with every information and clarification i need. She even helped me in how to get to Sarande, Albania from Kalabaka. Believe me it was not an easy exercise to do!!

The wifi in my room was not working during my stay.

Great balconies- having a pool was a bonus

No jug in the room and no breakfast option while we were there.
