I can not recommend this property enough. Stunning villa, modern furnishings, beautiful heated pool which gets the sun all day. The teens loved the playroom. The villa owner is amazing, very quick to respond and will go above and beyond for you during your stay. We hope to return very soon. Thank you for having us. 5* review!

Our stay was wonderful. Everything we needed for a week's vacation was available, and the house was clean and comfortable. Our children loved the pool and the cool game room! The house is conveniently located 15 minutes from Disney and 25 minutes from Universal. The owner was always prompt and responsive. We highly recommend booking your stay at this fabulous property!

The property was as advertised. The space for everyone to spread out was perfect. The biggest issue was checking in. We waited in line for 90 minutes only be told to come back and check in later. We had to go back three additional times to get our car registered.
Also, the grill almost created a fire when we started it. It had alot of grease in the bottom.
Overall, we would stay at this property again.

This was the first time all of my adult children, spouses and grandchild stayed in the same house together. It worked out great! Plenty of space for all of us. Spent a lot of time in the pool and on the covered patio. The game room was a hit during the evenings and rainy days. Location was great, easy to get to about anything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Sonrisa. The house was perfect for the amount of people we had. The location was really convenient to all the parks. We also took a trip to Kennedy Space Center and the drive was very easy. We used a stroller from the house for our trips to the parks. The “Toddler Closet” in the house had a few strollers to pick from. That was really nice. We had a great time using the pool. My kids didn’t even want to check out the main pool/water park because they enjoyed the pool at the house so much. Overall a good rental. I would recommend it.

The home is beautiful and the location is perfect! The pool and hot tub were wonderful to have for a relaxing day away from the parks! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. I am not sure who loved the game room more, my husband or four year old grandson. The amenities of the community are fantastic as well! Juli is quick to respond and easy to work with! Highly recommend this rental! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Fantastic house approximately 20 minutes to Disney and 40 minutes to Universal Studios. The house is very well maintained, comfortable and as described and shown in the pictures online. Communication with and information supplied by the owner was excellent

Home was very clean, in a great location and had all the amenities we wanted-baby accessories, heated pool and hot tub, game room and outdoor grill. Owner provided lots of info about nearby attractions and was quick to respond to my questions. We would highly recommend!

Great location, close to Disney, shopping and restaurants. House was very spacious and comfortable. There were 10 of us, and we never felt crowded. Having our own pool was awesome. Having the amenities of Windsor Hills was also a big plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Villa Sonrisa was the perfect getaway spot for
Florida vacation! The community was quiet, making it a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of Orlando. Property manager was quick to respond to questions and resolve a pool maintenance issue. House was spacious and provided much privacy for our housemates. Highly recommend - definitely worth the price!

Terrific open floor plan. The kids and the adults loved the well equipped game room. The weather was too cold to use the pool or spa but they both looked very inviting and well cared for. If we were coming back to the area I would definitely rent this house again.

This house was perfect for my family. We had 8 adults and a 2 year old and we had plenty of room to be together and yet have our own space. My adult kids and granddaughter enjoyed the game room and the pool. The house is very comfortable. It is close to Disney, shopping, and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

House is amazing. Very clean and very comfortable beds. Everything is as it appears in the pictures. Excellent location. 2 minutes to Walmart and a dozen food options. Less than 15 minutes from the house to being parked at the Disney parks. 25 minutes to Universal. Would love to stay here on our next trip. Perfect size for 1-2 families.

This villa was fantastic . Very spacious and had everything we needed for a stay in Florida . The family spent lots of time in the fully equipped games room and heated swimming pool .

Absolutely loved the stay here other than the final weekend when the neighbours to the left partied all night on the Friday and Saturday. Loud music and shouting both nights for the whole night left us with little sleep. Finally got some quiet time on the Sunday night. I understand that it had nothing to do with our villa and was just one of those things.

The home is absolutely gorgeous! Ten members of my family stayed there and having 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms was awesome, especially with 5 girls 😊The house was very clean.
Family also loved the game room there was entertainment for everyone.
Plenty of space for you time if needed.
Easy access to parks and other family activities.
Juli one of the owners was truly accommodating with any issue or concerns.
She was very pleasant and accessible.

This house is beautiful and you have everything you need for a wonderful stay. The saltwater pool is a definite plus. Our grandchildren had a great time and didn't want to leave. Thanks for all the great memories we made.

Overall, very nice property. Perfect amount of space for our family (7 adults / 2 kids). Enjoyed the club house and the play grounds near by. Only real complaint I have is about other people renting homes near by. Apparently the adults neighboring us got into a fight and were screaming / cussing at eachother. And a one time thing is forgivable but, this lasted all day, all night and at 7am the next morning. Made it very difficult to enjoy being on the back patio / pool - especially with the kids. They left the next day (Sunday) when I had decided I was going to call the Sheriff about them (which the property owner provided contact info to report people). That was really the only negative experience I had while staying at this property. I would still recommend staying at the Villa Sonrisa.

My family including a 13 and 19 year old absolutely loved this home. The pictures do not do it justice. The house was spotless and there is so much space for everyone. The beds were very comfortable and the pool, hot tub and game room were great for rest days. There is so much to do there we never made it to the community pool and clubhouse which looked great when we walked through on our way out after our stay. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Orlando!

We even put a puzzle together. Hard to always remember the alarm when going outside with an armful of food or dishes! Beds were comfortable.

The was a perfect house and location for a Disney trip. We had nine in total including my three and five year old kids. The house location and amenities were perfect for us for a weeklong trip. The stroller was great to have so we didn’t have to bring ours. The kids love the community water park. The pool in the back of the house was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Juli was a great host and communicator. The house is close to the parks, restaurants, Walmart, Starbucks, etc. We will be back!

Overall, I would stay at this property again. It had everything we needed for our little vacation. Close to grocery stores, Disney, shopping and restaurants. The property was had everything for cooking, sleeping, extra towels, just like at home. The pool safety fence was a pain but I understood it being a liability issue. Other than that, the property was great for our needs (7 people) and we had plenty of space. The convenient store inside the gates of the property was a plus. Uber to and from the Disney parks and restaurants served us well. Delivery services (pizza, food)were used with ease. No issues. We would stay again.

Very nice property. Close to Disney mileage wise but traffic makes the trip to the parks 20 plus minutes. Parking is limited and a real hassle if you have more than two vehicles. We would rent again if going to Disney parks.

The property is great! There was lots of room for our family and the kids, and the men 😉, really enjoyed the game room. The pool was a little cooler than expected but was refreshing considering the very warm days we had during our trip. Would definitely rent this property again!

6 adults and 2 kids seems like a lot of people to make happy when going on a group trip. The Villa Sonrisa met everyone’s expectations and more. It was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their trip. The pool and game room were fantastic and kept the kids entertained. The local area had plenty of restaurants and we were no farther than 10 minutes from any Disney Park. Fabulous stay and will definitely be booking again.

Everything was as pictured, safe, quiet, family friendly and SO close to Disney! We had 9 people ages ranging from 4 to 60, we all loved our stay at Juli's! Having 5 bathrooms was a HUGE plus!!!

The house was very clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. The owners were very accommodating and provided many extras (all necessary cooking supplies, grill, coffee pots, towels, etc.) so all we needed to buy were groceries. The pool, spa and game room were a big hit for the whole family. The house was very close to the playground, which was fantastic for our 4 year old. Even on our rainy day, they had a large amount of board games and puzzles to keep us busy. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely consider for a future stay.

Villa Sonrisa provided the perfect place for our entire family to recharge after long days at Disney. Our kids loved the pool and game room, the grandparents loved the ample space to rest up, and my husband and I enjoyed grilling and cooking in a kitchen stocked with all the appliances and tools needed. Juli was ultra-responsive from beginning to end and we are just so thankful for a clean and comfortable space to have called home over the holidays.
