The room was very clean and spacious. Love the bathroom concept as it has make up mirror concept.
Doesn’t not have clear instructions on how to open the heater for bathtub.

Breakfast was good but I think the kitchen at one point was overwhelmed with orders and thus our order came a bit late.
Room, very small. no place to put my luggage or rather luggage is in the way.

Nice and clean with an amazing breakfast! Friendly staff
My room didn’t have a window! Felt like sleeping in a box. It would have been nice if that had been made very clear at the time of booking

Train station is a street’s away which is v convenient. variety of food/convenience stores are also within walking distance.
overall is considered clean albeit slightly. aircon too cold and there’s no way to adjust even tho we raised the temp already.

Good location with a few restaurants and bars nearby and an MRT station within 5 mins walk.
Great quality breakfast included.
Staff were courteous and helpful in a “we’re not quite sure what we are doing but we want to try” kind of way
Room had no windows and there was no forewarning about that.
Gym was small but quite well equipped excepting they have a full set of weights but no bench or even a matt to put down to use them other than standing.
Late checkout is also charged by the hour when we asked, though we did end up checking out 45 mins past due without any question.

The bathroom and bathtub had excellent ambiance and lighting. Breakfast was nice as it wasn't as busy and hectic as most hotels. The staff is highly bilingual and fluent.

The valet/luggage man was really helpful. He helped us call and flag a cab when it was difficult during peak period, and made sure the driver knows where we’re going. Breakfast was pretty good too. Bathroom is huge and luxurious :D
The pillow was too high for me.

Location was great, the bed was super comfortable. I got a good night’s sleep each day. Wifi was solid, was able to take video calls pretty easily. My room was on the side street so there was minimal noise. Check in and out process was smooth and easy.
The chair is really bad for working as it’s too low for the desk and not solid. I’m allergic to dust and there were areas of the room that weren’t dusted very well.
