The breakfast, size of the room, room was heated and there was free parking

The room smelled like cooked potatoes (upon looking it up, found out it indicated potential hidden problems with the room). Same key opened the door to the building and to your room (does this mean any key opens any room? We didn't feel safe the entire night). Floor was scratched up. Food was stuck to the stove. Dust completely covering the bathroom vent and other surfaces. There was a cobweb with a spider by the window. Bent furniture. Walls were in subpar condition (streaks and cracked paint occasionally). Looked like the floors weren't mopped, or at least not well. Lights were scratched and had stuff inside of them. One pillow case had a couple small holes in it. And the kicker- we found a ton of hairs on the bed and pillows (ended up covering the bed in a blanket I had from my car and put the pillows inside of extra shirts to keep our heads off of it).

Our room had a common door with the room net door so we could hear everything.

The location is great, the staff are helpful, the room is minimal but very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing. I would love to be able to come again.... And the mountain view was wonderful ... It was a dream to wake up with that view in the morning :))

Rooms are fine, with separate toilet.

The appartement was really cozy and comfortable. I have been there for 2 nights with 4 persons. Everything was great especially their breakfast. The accessibility to Hallstat see was great. The appartement is located near a beautiful river with swimming capability. The owner was really nice man, and provide everything for us if not available in room. The view of the rooms in the first floor was fantastic with some windows to beautiful mountains covered with green tree.

Refrigerator was missing in the room, but you can find it the hall.

The breakfast was delicious. Staff really friendly and helpful, great communication in English. Good value for money. Location ia perfect. Walking distance to train station if you want to visit Hallstatt. Bad Goisern is beautiful village as well with amazing little pubs and restaurants. I love it. I would happily stay there again and spend more time in the village. People there are really friendly and speak basic English everywhere so communication is really easy.

The pillows were huge and very uncomfortable. There was no soap etc.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options hams, toast, eggs and coffee teas and juices. They were even pet friendly and accommodated our dog with no extra charge.

The Breakfast was super nice. The room was comfortable, clean, and well arranged. The location was best for us.

The room could be a little more equipped like a television and in the kitchen with a bake oven. The staffs were super friendly and they baked pizza for me but if you want to bake later at night then it's a problem but very minor

We stay at the private apartment, which was extremely spacious and private. The location is perfect.
