Great place. Big, clean, modern but the best part was the ocean view from the rooftop deck.

Fantastic location for our annual Girl’s Trip. Close to so much … especially the beach. Aside from a few minor housekeeping issues, we all had the BEST time !!!!

We wanted to be at the beach but the options were limited. Pier View ended up being a great alternative. It is a 3 story duplex-so it would not be good for anyone that had difficulty with stairs. There is only one parking spot (garage which was nice) and our daughter's car was literally around the corner. It is a very easy short walk to the beach, around the corner and about a block. Although the rental had nice beach towels, boogie boards, and bikes...we never did locate any coolers which would have been nice for the beach. They could also use just a few more bath towels(but there is a w/d) and the bikes are pretty old...but biking is fun in this area and the thing to do. The garage is a little tricky to get in and out of as the street can be busy and sight is limited. The condo layout was spacious enough for our family of 6. We even had plenty of room to unload her college items and store them in the walk in closet in the first floor bedroom! As you enter through the garage there is one bed/bath room...up two flights to the kitchen and main living room with a half bath...up two more flights to a bed room with 2 twins and a bath...the w/d...and a master bed/bath. Most importantly on this floor is the roof patio access up more stairs! A very nice place first thing in the morning for coffee (limited but nice views of the ocean and sunrise) and a breezy evening spot with rope lighting. The condo(duplex) was in pretty good shape and pretty clean just a few items are getting ready for replacement...but nothing to complain about. The pocket door in the master bath is inoperable-but we did not feel like it needed to be fixed during our stay. It's nice that the place has a keyless entry (you will get a code upon arrival) and a garage remote. During our stay, it was nice and quiet and I think it's in a great location. This area is great.

There was everything you might desire to make your stay in JAX Beach filled with activities. As a many year user of VRBO properties, you can tell this isn't their first rodeo. The place was very comfortable and inviting.

Internet was terrible. Basically dial up. Master bed is caved in super bad. TVs in the rooms are not smart TVs, no way to stream anything. Basically needs to be renovated. Entry door code works after 4 attempts. Stairs up to rooftop are sketchy and no handrail on the lower section. No hand towels in any of the bathrooms. Overall much too pricy for the experience. Location is great, that’s about it.

The property is in a great location, closer to the beach than we initially thought! Great restaurants and shops around just a short walk away. Overall cleanness was good and the kitchen was equipped with all necessary items. Most of the beds were OK, except the king bed in the main bedroom - very uncomfortable! The communication with property managers was great.

We loved that it had 3 floors, and a rooftop balcony. The master bed was pretty comfy, but the two twin beds not so much for the adults. Kids loved the bunk beds. Plenty of beach chairs and toys, however, an outside hose would have been nice to house things off. We would stay there again.

Great location near the beach and fun spots. Gates were available with the stairs so kids were safe. Beds were cozy.

Check in process was very easy. Place was very clean and included some basic supplies including soap and kitchen items. Would definitely stay again.
