Bad WiFi

I made the booking last minute as I had to take one of my students, a minor, out of the homestay that she was placed at on the northern beaches. We arrived there just after 8.30pm and I explained how tired we were when I was doing the check in. At exaclty 7am the next morning, we were woken up with a lot of noise and there were builders everywhere on the roof, doing some renovation / work on the roof. I recorded the noise and asked the reception if they could ask them to stop but apparently, they couldn't do anything. I was very upset about this incident as they should have informed the guests prior to them finalizing their booking so it should be a conscious decision to stay there or not. They charged the amount as a normal price and did not even offer a discount, even after my numerous compalints. The lady at the reception was kind and told me she spoke to her manager, who was going to give me a call back. He never did. I called again and was told the same thing. I never received any message or any return from them. Therefore, I will never recommend or stay there again.

Decent for the price. Bed and couch were comfy.

Found a lot of dust on various surfaces across the room. Cleanliness wasn't up to standards. Got extended checkout til 12pm, then asked for another hour til 1pm. I was told thats not possible and I need to vacate the room immediately, otheriwse id have to pay for another full night.. Didn't get a chance to have a shower. However I was still charged for a 1pm checkout, but I vacated the room at 12.30pm.

Really bright beautiful room and really clean and spacious ... comfy beds - amazing view, especially for the price, the double doors block out ALL sound so that is a amazing for a busy road and pub :) Location amazing - across from the beach and walking to lake and 5 star restaurants.

24hr room service please! and a gym would be great! A pool too - but realise this may be impossible ;)

Just a very yesterday pub. No separate dining room. Had to eat breakfast in the bar area. Definitely won’t be back.

First time we have ever been charged anywhere in the world for late check out. $10 an hour from 10am. most places will give you till 11 if they are busy or 12 without a blink. it’s not the $10 but won’t be a next time for me. plus the food is really bad here.

the smell from the bins in the carpark was overpowering and strong near the elevator entrance. smoke alarm light kept blinking directly above the bed throughout the night

The service and facilities were great and loved the location. The staff were great, the restaurant, bar, concierge were all wonderful to deal with.

Nothing. Honestly, have nothing negative to say other than I wish we were staying there longer.

We were given an adjoining room and the next door room were very loud and had friends in their room till late. Also the bathroom seriously needed an upgrade and the room looked quite dated. The room was on the street side.
