The lovely staff. Spotlessly clean room. Most comfortable bed I've slept in with crisp clean bedding.

Location is super central and next to the museum. It was very quiet - I faced the square and wondered if it would be noisy but it was great. I didn’t eat breakfast there but did eat at cafe adjacent, which has awesome staff and great capuchinos. I loved the Phytomer soaps provided and the towel warmers - I didn’t use but it would be awesome in the winter. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful staff. They also arranged a cab for me to Quimperle so I could stay in Pont Aven 1 extra night - the taxi lady was wonderful too! Sweet staff and a lovely hotel.

Reasonable sized room with a comfortable bed. Good view over the central square. Breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced with good service. The restaurant had a good menu with quite a wide range of local specialities available such as sea food, fish & artichokes at reasonable prices.

No food, apart from breakfast, was available on Monday, and no Sunday lunch. I understood this was because of a shortage of staff and the start of "out of season days off". Parking facilities at or near this centrally sited hotel were difficult.

Arriving early, and clearly old at over 70, there must have been rooms on the first floor , but placed on the 2nd, we had 40 steps to climb each time we returned to the hotel.

Awesome location in the town centre, completely immersed in the little town atmosphere. The hotel is being renovated (we stayed in the already renovated part, while part of the building is still not accessible). The room was clean and well furnished, with a very comfortable large double bed. Breakfast was good, even if not memorable.

Nothing memorable, consider that the hotel is not equipped with an elevator and that, being in the town centre, parking availability around is very scarce.

Central location in the main square,beside the .museum which tells the story of the development of modern art.. Well looked after by smiling staff. Excellent evening dinner in the restaurant.

ParkingCar is very random,with the free parking 10 minutes away up a steep hill.... not a lot of fun in a heat wave.

Location was perfect! Good breakfast, tea and coffee available 24 hours Right in the center of the town, very quiet at night, good restaurant. Free parking on the neighboring street. Very hospitable and friendly staff. There was a cafe in the square right below our windows, with a band and singer, so we had a free concert. Lots of galleries around.

I liked everything, but if you prefer fancy toiletries, bring your own - the ones in the bathroom are from a dispenser.

The thing we loved most about this hotel is that it is in the middle of everything. The Musee is right next door, the river is a few steps away, a popular cafe is just outside the door, and it's surrounded by art galleries. For readers of the Brittany Mystery Series by Jean-Luc Bannalec, you'll feel like you already know it. Our room was not luxurious but comfortable and spotless. The breakfast was tasty and filling. And the front desk was welcoming and very helpful. We found street parking two blocks away. We felt like Gauguin would have enjoyed staying here if he came back today. Commissare Dupin would have made this his base for investigations.

They don't have their own parking so we had to drive a few blocks to find a spot. That was just a minor annoyance which was easily resolved.

Excellent location, very good breakfast reasonably priced, excellent restaurant! No allocated car park but no problem a finding a nearby parking space each day. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

Last minute booking so had to have a room at the front of the hotel which was noisy at times..
