Kariyushi Beach Resort was a large hotel. Our room had lots of space & a balcony with a nice view of the ocean. Large outdoor pool for swimming. 3 restaurant options for dinner! I highly suggest the buffet! The food was fantastic

despite the rainy weather outside, the hotel had many facilities and things to do indoors so we weren’t hindered to still have fun as a family.

Love the accessibility of all 3 pools. The meals were a little confusing because we couldn't pay for it in advance, but figured it out at each restaurant.

The breakfast and buffet dinner are good, probably the only worth it form the hotel. Also the chapel is nice for a picture.

For a 4 star hotel has A LOT to improve. All the hotel needs major remodeling, the carpet is old, dirty and smelly, paint is old, moldy in some parts, amenities are very worn out. Forget about basic things such as complimentary water. Staff knows NOTHING about the hotel, tourism spots nearby, they couldn’t even recommend a nice beach on the area and language barrier was not the problem for their lack of information about anything we asked. The beach of the hotel is over going some kind of construction and had trucks and cars coming in and out of the ocean all the time making it hard to enjoy and relax. We had to go to other hotels’ beaches to be able to enjoy the beach. The hotel has potential but needs to be remodeled and give serious training to the staff.

It was a miserable vacation because we couldnt swim outside. The outdoor Pool and jacuzzi are closed, rooms are dusty, the hotel only have one microwave and It took us forrrrrevvvvverrrrr to reheat our food and Still It wasnt barely warmed! The outdoor onsen looks lyk they dont change the water bcos you Can see a floating leaves in it🙄 all you Can eat bbq place serves the cheapest meat and it’s annoying to say bcos It was 4200 yen per per person😑😑 The place needs a renovation!!! I dont Really recommend this place🤬

The dining experiences are ok.

The rooms are very poorly outdated and the beds are incredibly uncomfortable, literally felt like sleeping on the floor.

We liked the pools and spa. The shuttle bus to the beach was a nice touch. Coupons for discounts was also helpful. The beach waterland was enjoyed by the kids. The game room could use some new and better prizes. The breakfast was a bit stuffy with all the people, especially during pandemic. Suggestion would be which restaurants are open during evening and if outside seating is available. We didn’t know the yakiniku place was open until we saw it from our balcony with outside seating.
