amazing facility with an awesome staff, really great location in town. Quiet but close to everything.

not a thing with property, there was some construction going on behind the building that started early but only during the week.

We loved it, thanks to owners and staff for a pleasant stay! We will book this hotel again, definitely. Ski bus stop right in front of the hotel, there is also a locker room for ski equipment in the hotel with warm air poles for ski shoes and gloves. Nice spa with three saunas, very kind and helping personnel. Two sinks in the bathroom, and large spacious room in general. Dinner in the hotel were also very good and not too expensive.

We liked everything, only some very minor stuff we could complain above, and that would be pillows that could be a bit more comfortable, and water was hard to adjust to proper temperature in the shower. Apart from that, ideal hotel for spending a week skiing in Italy.

The Sauna, the Massage, the Location and that we have received a Tirol Card.

Too expensive for what it offers. In the SPA area was very cold, water in the Jacuzzi and Pool also very, very cold. The Hotel need to be renovated, from elevator to carpets, to almost everything except the SPA -area. The room that they gave us was very small, poor funitured and that inspide the fact the the Hotel was not even half full. The room image in the presentation had nothing to do with the small, poor room that we had. Not even a electrical device to boil some water for Tee. No possibility to charge the phone in the evening-only one wall-socket over the night stand wich was used for the lamp. The breakfast is similar to that of a low budget Hotel and is far away from what you normally get in a 4 Stars Hotel. Far overpriced for almost 200 Euro per night that we've payed!! We will never come back and we not recommend it.

Short walk from the center, very comfortable beds, superb breakfast. Very kind staff.

A bit old fashioned.

- there was good variety of food at breakfast and dinner (although dinner was not always good quality) - the parking can fit in ~20 cars and there also are 10-15 public parking places free for the night just outside the hotel - the lady receptionist was really nice and helpful - the room & balcony have good size and the bed is comfortable

- the inside parking can feel quite small when is full (especially when the big cars have bike racks attached to them - which happens a lot since the area is known for bike routes) - the restaurant staff insisted that each room stays every time at the same table; for half board you also need to preorder your dinner at breakfast time - cocktails were totally terrible (they better take them out of the menu) - the male receptionist was rude and unhelpful

Wellness area was very nice with pool, sauna and waterbeds. Very good located in Brixen, 5 minutes walk to the city centre

The interior of the room is more like out of the 80s, but its clean and the wellness area is quite modern.

The extremely friendly and helpful woman working at the hotel. Someone needs to give her a medal! Best service ever.
