The staff here are amazing! Such wonderful people

Public Parking Close by and the hotel is situated just a short walking distance to the centre of Aix. The breakfast area was magnificent.

The only thing which was strange was that we had the basin near the door of the room and bed and the rest, the shower and toilet in a separate room. It was more of a strange thing more than that we didn't like it. I have never seen it in a hotel room before.

The staff was really helpful. Breakfast was nice.

great location with a nice garden

the bathroom smelt musty and damp with little to no ventilation. the airconditioning wasn’t working which put a damper on our stay. the staff wasn’t particularly helpful although they did offer us a fan. We got peeks of other rooms and they looked significantly nicer so maybe we just got unlucky.

Very well situated hotel. Good parking facilities nearby. Excellent choice when you only sleep at the hotel and have no other expectations.

Bad smell in bathroom. Breakfast could have opened earlier. Door and walls poorly sound muffled - noisy when late guests walks in the corridor.

There was a strong smell in the bathroom. We did not succeed in getting the remote to work to make the air conditioning work. It was a little late when we figured this out, so we opened windows instead, but then the room got a little cold.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and upgraded our room for us when we arrived as we were staying a few nights

location and the room was pleasant, limited facilities but we knew that when booking. very clean and friendly service.

the first room we were give (ground floor first room on the right next to reception). has an inherent sewerage issue and frankly should not be sold. it is a health risk with a horrid smell. The staff moved us but only the next day and we received no compensation or real apology. Avoid this room at all costs. it is a major problem and the staff know about it!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel is really close to city center, only a 5min walk from best points. Parking place also in the corner, so no trouble in finding a spot.

Shower was not good and not comfortable at all. Also no dryer or other facilities in bedroom. Other than that, no reception after 9pm, so unfortunately had some very loud guests throughout the night.

Late checkin was handled very kindly. Nice room at second floor, with studio vibes.

A little noisy.

The garden is a great place to relax and have a break after sightseeing. The rooms are simple but comfortable and common areas are fun and funky.

great location for the centre of town and a multi-storey car park a stone’s throw away. comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms. lovely courtyard for breakfast outside.

don’t be fooled by the external aspect

Beautiful garden,the owners are very kind and helpful,room was clean and comfortable,great location and lovely place for a short break.

Bathroom needs upgrading,breakfast was enjoyable in the garden but some fruit and cheese would be a nice addition.!

Not much sound-proofing on the ground floor - no chance of a lie-in!
