The view overlooked Ossiach lake, was amazing! Unfortunately it was a rainy weekend.. but still pretty..

The rooms were kinda cold, the heater wasn't working yet.

Location is top of the top. You open your eyes in the morning and see impeccable Ossiacher see in its full. The hotel is located on a hill, whole valley and the lake is underneath, surrounded by mountains. Horses, paragliders, castle on the opposite hill. Perfect place to relax - cosy like a home. Very pleasant hosts. Mostly self-service on reception. Definitely will come again.

Would prefer more choice for breakfast and toiletries in a bathroom (soap on a sink, not only in the shower).

no fridge in rooms was a problem, bed was hard and the couch was awful. There were also dirty looking blankets stuffed in the closet

Relatively close to the ski lift, the staff was kind and professional. Good view of the lake and surrounding area.

The room was colder than one would like, with no option to regulate it. the water in the shower was lukewarm, not hot. The restaurant in the hotel had only two dishes to serve in the evening, neither of them anything to get excited about. There were some renovations going on in the room next to ours, so you could hear some noises. We did choose the cheapest room because we only stayed for one night, i believe the more expensive ones are better.
