very good place, very delicious breakfast, with parking

The personel and breakfast were great. They should get a 7,5 or 8. (Booking.com acted like a scam website though, see below.)

Booking.com acted like a scam website. We picked the hotel inter alia because we could pay in cash. However, upon arrival it turned out they had limited the payment options and that we could no longer pay in cash. Worse was that we could also no longer cancel. Because of the blue dollar this meant that the room was twice the price in euro’s, making it by FAR the most expensive room we rented in Argentina! Over the past months i have tried to explain this situation to booking.com but everytime another employee of booking.com replied (who hadnt read the rest of the conversation). I find it enfuriating that booking limits the payment options but does not give you the option to cancel after doing so. So i can recommend the hotel but do not book through Booking.com as the costumer service is simply abismal. Now they have removed this stay from my list of ‘stays’ so it is impossible for me to contact them.

We stayed in a double room. The room was clean and really comfortable. The heating at night was appreciated when it got cold. The shower pressure was good! And the staff were lovely.

The WiFi was occasionally a bit slow but mostly ok! It was ok for us but just to be aware the Hostería is a little out of town, around a 25 minute walk (but up hill) we didn’t mind. it’s around the same walk as the Selina but much nicer!
