The staff were very friendly and always eager to answer your questions and needs and provide fun trips to go on. The buffet, with many dining options to choose from, varied from day to day and was very tasty. Furthermore the dining area located on top of the main hotel area made for a fantastic view over the island while you were eating!

I guess I need to start here that we didn’t stay here after all. We had a booking for standard double room but the room we got did not meet our expectations and it was way more different than in pictures. We get to our room, it was dark and tiny, we went back to reception and asked to change our room. We got better one but still not as expected. We asked our money back. In case of cancellation we would get only half of value back but receptionist together with her supervisor were interested to help us out and return full amount of money paid. Cannot say anything bad about ladies in reception. + View was amazing. + Bathroom looked nice and was recently renovated. It was only part I liked in our rooms.

We had reservation for dbl standard room. When we get there we got our room in the first floor, few steps down and it was dark with one window facing hallway to rooms that must be covered with curtains not to be disturbed by other visitors of the hotel. So our only source of light was door to balcony and it could be reached thorugh small hallway in the room that makes bedroom and main area in the room super dark. It also had weird smell. Now check pictures of the balcony for standard room in booking.com. Our balcony was something completely different. I get it - it can be different room in pictures but picture of balcony in booking.com and balcony we get was like day against the night. We went back to reception and ask another room of the same category. They had one more available - it was much better. More light, bigger balcony (still not as in thr pictures btw) but here we were surprised about bedroom. We didn’t even have to lie down in the bed. It was so squeaky - not sure how you can sleep there at night if it makes squeaky noises on every turn or move you make. In addition, bed frame was broken. Sofa in living room was dirty and with stains. If we would have arrived in 2* hotel i wouldn’t mind but this is 4* and I was not ready to paid money for our stay there. Luckily for us, staff promised to give us back full amount of money on the next day. So we left without staying and we had to find new place for out last two days of our honeymoon :( we have stayed in several places before and this was our first experience like this.

The evening meal was very good,and the young lady who served us was excellent.

The shower head was completely uncontrollable,could not fix in position. The maid on the morning we left knocked and entered our room to ask when we were leaving at 9.10am wife still undressed!! (checkout time 11am ) Never experienced that before,and completely unacceptable No enforcement of wearing plastic gloves (provided) in the buffet area Mandy and I were the only ones who did so and people not even wearing masks. All the staff did so

Amazing facilities, stunning view and a very accomodating/welcoming staff made our stay wonderful. My kids loved the waterpark. Wifi was good. Room was clean. It is really great place for family with kids. We booked our taxi via hotel and rental car also with the travel company at hotel. great servies from the travel company. We definetly recommend other families to visit the hotel.

It was bit to far from our room to the restaurant area the kids were getting very tired. the hotel is on the high hills but ofcourse the advantage was that the view was magnificent. If you have problems to walk. Make a remark at the reservation we took half pension. with half pension the dirnks are not included during dinner it was a bit disspointing

Breakfast was mainly served cold and variety was poor

Staff were very nice, the water slide area was fun, nice and clean. Pleasant main pool.

Tissues in the room would be nice. Not really handy to the sea - long walk or car necessary. Don't walk into a cactus at night, the prickles are nasty. Coffee at breakfast was pretty poor, but seems to be standard in Greece. I left my favorite white hoodie jumper behind in the room cupboard, but didn't hear from them.

The water park we enjoyed very much. My daughter didn’t want to leave the hotel for site seeing. Pool was al she wanted

If you have problems to walk. Make a remark at the reservation that you want lower floor. Otherwise it’s possible you get a room and you need to walk a lot of stairs.
