Large room, very clean.

Bed was very uncomfortable.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable.

No where to heat up my food. Access to a microwave would have been good

The Motel was an older style, so the rooms were big and had 2 comfortable chairs and a coffee table for relaxing.

The bathrooms were a little outdated but the room was clean and comfortable.

Easy parking, easy access to the room, comfy room.

- We arrived at 11pm and they had accommodated a late check-in for us by placing the key in a disclosed location. - The room had a modern TV with access to all the streaming services for us to log in, so no need to use our laptop - The shower had incredible water pressure for a motel and hot water was quick and stayed on - Comfy bed and pillows - A pod coffee machine and 2 pods of coffee for the morning - A generous carton of milk, not the "too small" shot-style milk cartons that hotels give, but an actual 200ml milk carton that meant we could have cereal in the morning - An 11am checkout for no extra cost! No need to rush out by 10, incredible. If we are ever back in Armidale or have friends heading that way, this will be our first stop, at around $100 a night, it doesn't get much better than that.

Great Location. A/C worked well. Great view. Room is a reasonable size for two people. Like that it had a bag rack and plenty of room to put things.

Hallway to get to room was dark and smelt musty (which was very of putting). Curtains could be upgraded, as the backing has come off in parts. Beds were very firm, but sleepable.

Clean and comfortable beds.

Good size room and very quiet.

The spa and sauna facility is a welcome bonus. Staff on check in were attentive and professional.

Carpet needs cleaning badly. Had prickles in it from workman's boots. Kitchen had only 2 cups and 2 glasses and a couple of spoons. Air Conditioner wouldn't go at all. You could see the motel was a favourite for road workers. Full of work trucks. Okay for one night

Easy to find location

I arrived after dark, and it was difficult to see around the car parking area. External lighting could be improved.

Good location and helpful staff. Value for money.

Noisy outside and TV in adjoining rooms. Bathroom needs updating and a thorough clean (no fan).

Breakfast was not available which I had not understood. While it was close to the art gallery it was a bit far from the Centre of town which required a number of taxi/bus trips.

Everything it was lovely.
