We come down to Fripp annually for the 4th of July and like checking out the different properties on the island. This property had a great location, very central to everything and an overall pretty quiet road. The house was clean and equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend for family travel.

Barabara’s home was immaculately clean, well-located, quiet, and perfectly comfortable for our family of four. We would return again!

Our stay at Sea Dragon was exceptional. Barb was readily available for any request or question. The property is in a great location and in great condition. We will definitely be returning.

We rented this fantastic property for a family spring break and this home is very clean and cozy. The home is perfectly situated mid island and very close to the beach. We enjoyed being secluded away from traffic taking in it's relaxing atmosphere. The ownership is top of the charts! Barb really takes pride in making sure everything it going well for guests! The master bed in amazingly comfortable! I already tried to rent it again 😃

This property is well equipped, roomy, and very comfortable. The foliage around the property gives it a very private and secluded feel. It is close to the beach and the main island amenities. We very much enjoyed our stay.

My mom, best friend, sister-in-law, niece (3), and nephews (1.5, 5) had the privilege of staying in this house on Fripp this year. We’ve been coming to Fripp for awhile now and this was definitely one of our favorites! House was fully stocked with essentials for living and dining (dishes and cookware), beach chairs and other beach equipment, and was so comfortable, you felt at home. The house is right above a lagoon so it’s so nice to sit on porch and watch the wildlife! It’s also two blocks from a beach access so super close to walk (if you don’t have a family’s worth of stuff) or a quick golf cart ride. Sea Dragon is on the middle of the island so it’s close to everything like pools and restaurants! We loved everything about this house. It was also super nice to have a shower and hose to wash off the beach before going into the house and to hose off our equipment before heading home. Definitely recommend for families or groups of friends!

We had such a wonderful trip to Fripp and will definitely be back! The house was the perfect location. It was close to the beach and it was such a quiet part of the beach. The owner, Barb, is a great communicator! She is so friendly and helpful. We loved watching the gators bask in the sun next to the house and there are so many deer! The house is well stocked and the beds are pretty comfortable! We would definitely book this property again. If you have kids, book the nature cruise through the activity center. It was a highlight of the trip for sure! Also, book a golf cart as soon as you schedule your trip, especially if you need a 6 seater!

Fifth time to a Fripp and we really enjoyed our stay. The place has just about everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The location is great too. Close to beach access and a 3 minute cart ride to center island and the Beach Club. If I were to change anything it would be nice to have extra refrigeration space and an extra ice maker, otherwise a great stay! We would definitely consider this place again.

This was one of our best stays on Fripp. House clean? Yes! Good furniture? Yes! Comfortable beds? Yes! Well-stocked? Yes! Alligator sightings every morning? Yes! Barb was very quick to respond to messages before and during the trip. She even reached out afterwards to wish us safe travels. We come to Fripp at least once a year, sometimes as a couple and mostly as a family. We now have finally found the fa,o;u house that we want to come back to.

We had a great experience at this property-the house was lovely, comfortable, and close to the beach. We ran into problems with the water heater, but the hosts were incredibly responsive and the problem fixed the next day. A great property for a stay on Fripp!

House was as advertised. Well equipped and clean. Very quite street and great proximity to everything. Very enjoyable and a great place to unplug!

We had a wonderful time at Barbara’s house. It was clean and comfortable and the perfect walk to the beach. The canal nearby had several small alligators and they were fascinating, my kids loved it! This house was absolutely lovely! We stayed here with my 10 year old and my husband’s folks who flew in from Arizona for a very special Thanksgiving holiday. There was plenty of room for everyone. My son enjoyed the bunk beds. And my husband and I slept so soundly in the guest bedroom with a mattress that can only be described as sheer heaven! I have never slept on such a comfy mattress that actually felt therapeutic to my back. Barb was such a gracious host who called me shortly before our trip to see if we (or my in-laws) needed anything. And the house truly felt like a home. It felt loved and warm/welcoming. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, outdoor shower, board games, plenty of towels and bed linens and dish soap, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies, a fully stocked kitchen and full size washer and dryer, and a location that just can’t be beat. But the luxury of being able to take a last minute walk on the beach was probably the best part, for me, as the home was only 1 1/2 blocks to the ocean. We also enjoyed the lagoon alongside the home where an alligator who had been hanging out made a brief appearance, just poking his head out of the water. The outdoor deck is upper level with a gate so we felt very safe to watch all the wildlife around us. This house was truly a home and we simply cannot wait to return. This house was clean, comfortable and close to beach access. Our family of 6, three adults and three kids under 10, had a wonderful stay with plenty of room for all. The house is well equipped with everything you may need and the owner is easy to work with. Beach access is just up the road with plenty of cart parking. We will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful trip to Fripp, as we always do. This house had all that we needed and provided us with a place to create good memories. It was so fun to watch the turtles and gators in the creek.

This was a great house for us to stay in. We had everything we needs to spend time in the home as a family. The beach toys and chairs were nice additions to what we brought. The washer and dryer were fantastic. There were 4 adults and 3 kids and we fit comfortably in this home. The morning after a tropical system moved through Barb called to make sure all was well with us and the home. Would consider booking this home again when we return.

This was our second time to Fripp Island in the last few years. This house was absolutely perfect for our family - it was super clean, spacious, had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen & the fridge, beach toys & chairs, comfy beds - it was such a wonderful trip. Super close to the beach. Well furnished. Enjoyed our stay on Fripp!

We’ve vacationed on Fripp six times at various times of the year. It had been four years since our last visit. Late May is the earliest time of the year we’ve been there and we loved it! We didn’t have any problems with bugs sitting out on the deck and the ocean winds were off the water all week, resulting in comfortable conditions even though daytime temperatures averaged 88 on island. The deck in front had shade most of the morning and then again mid afternoon on. We had a great experience at this property, Barbara was quick to respond to questions. The kitchen was well equipped although on this trip we didn’t cook a lot at home. The laundry equipment is super. I appreciated there was a nice charcoal grill available for use, a couple beach chairs, and a sturdy umbrella. The small creek that runs between this home in the next provided us with A chance to observe turtles, fish, and a small alligator occasionally, (always be aware of your surroundings in the low country). A White Heron was hunting in the water daily. They’re so graceful. One of many access points to the beach is about a block and a half from the house. We rented a golf cart to explore, watched several wonderful sunsets at the southern end of Fripp. We had a very enjoyable stay and yes was too short.

The wildlife on Fripp was really exciting for the kids. It was a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed golf carting around the island to shops, playgrounds, and restaurants. Will definitely return.
