We had a nice stay. However the home is in need of some refreshing. The non stick cooking pans appear scratched and well used. The master bedroom pillows are due for replacement. The area carpets in the Master & Great room need shampooing or replacement, appear dirty and warn out. Front door alignment is off, so deadbolt does not engage properly. Door must be pulled.

I stayed at this home with a few friends for a wedding. The home provided essentially everything we needed for a weekend stay! The amenities were also great - rooftop with a view and grill, a community pool, and overall a beautiful walking neighborhood.

Great house located in the Lookout development. It was perfect for 3 adults and could have fit more. Cute rooftop deck and great location. I would recommend this home for it's location, and overall comfort. The area rugs need a good shampooing but otherwise the home was immaculate. One thing to note, especially if you are familiar with the Seabrook development on the WA coast. This development doesn't have restaurants, coffee shops (after Labor Day) or a gym/fitness center (despite advertising that this is one). So be prepared to drive into town more.

Everything was nice but for the cost we could have stayed at a luxury hotel. Getting to the beach is a lot when it’s 100 degrees and they don’t tell you that. The only door to door shuttle is if you are disabled. It was just way too expensive for all that! The house was pet friendly but has no yard really and had planters etc with no flowers in them so it looked tacky.

Had a fantastic stay at the Married with Children property. The house was really clean & just as described. We love the Lookout community as it is great for kids with the pools, beach area & shuttles.
Gave 4 stars as there were a few things that I wouldn’t expect a house costing this much for 2 weeks would have:
- the gas firepit on the rooftop deck didn’t work. We logged a maintenance call but were unable to use the whole time we were there. It was warm enough not to need but would have been nice for ambience. The sofa up there is lovely & comfortable & was one of my favorite spots in the house
- need a larger tilting sun umbrella on the deck. Hard to get shade coverage with the existing small straight one during the day
- the ice maker on the fridge was broken but kitchen was well stocked & they did have ice trays but need to fix
- need to get a better quality mattress for the guest room. Our friends shared it was not confuse table for 2 people to sleep.
Other than the above we had an amazing time & would recommend this property to friends & family

The house was very nice, modern and clean. They seem to have a spider problem though, as during our week stay we killed no less that 25 HUGE spiders in the bedrooms and bathrooms. When we alerted the management company, they could care less. We've stayed at the Outlook q few times before, and this was the first time weve had an issue like this.

This place was great! We had three adult couples ( 1 couple got the bunk bedroom) and overall we loved our stay. House was clean, had everything we needed, and an awesome rooftop with fire table and grill. It was perfect central location to the lookout amenities and to all the nearby wineries. Perfect Place and Location For Our Group
My husband and I have two friends who have two kids, so this space was perfect for housing us 6. The kids got to enjoy bunk beds, and us adults had our own rooms. The open concept dining room, living room, and kitchen made it easy for all of us to hang out and visit with one another. The place was modern and clean and well cared for. There was a slight issue with the self lock on the front door, but the property managers helped with that right away. The location of the house was exactly what we needed, it was perfect. We would 100% stay here again. Thank you!!

Beware of the all the maintenance, resort and cleaning fees. You'll be required to strip the beds, clean the dishes, dump the garbage and leave the house exactly as you found it or there will be additional fees.
