A localização é central no bairro, perto de shopping, restaurantes, mercados e farmácias. É super próximo ao parcão.

Custo-benefício ótimo, localização excelente. Cumpre o que promete pelo valor cobrado. Simples que funciona. Cama boa, chuveiro bom. Limpeza e estacionamento ok. O que se espera de um hotel 3 estrelas, atendeu.

Choveu muito e as janelas do corredor bateram a noite toda. O elevador também é bem barulhento. Dormi apenas uma noite e muito mal.

Cheguei e o banheiro estava limpo, mas o quarto cheio de cabelos, pó e mosca morta no chão, desci para reclamar foram verificar, era sujo mesmo e me deram outro quarto,o pessoal da recepção completamente despreparado.
Sai para jantar e na volta 21:30 não tinha ninguém na portaria além de um motoboy, é um cheiro insuportável de pipoca de microondas. A moça da portaria segundo o motoboy estava no 5 andar, achei o lugar muito inseguro e pedi para sair no dia seguinte, eles disseram que tinha que entrar em contato com o Booking.com , e fiz no outro dia muito cedo da manhã, eles tentaram entrar em contato com o hotel e não foram atendidos, disseram que mandaram um e-mail, o hotel disse que não recebeu, então resumindo a única prejudicada fui eu.

Não tinha café da manhã incluso na minha diária. A localização é excelente.
Cama do quarto muito pequena. Faltou energia e o hotel não tem um gerador, estávamos hospedados no sexto andar. Tivemos que descer todos os lances de escada com as malas, ainda bem que um funcionário nos ajudou a descer com as malas.

The location is impeccable. Moinhos de Vento is one of the best neighborhoods in Porto Alegre, so the hotel is very close to Parcão, malls, supermarkets, and good restaurants. The staff is friendly. Especially Mari, our floor's room maid, did what she could to improve our (20+ days) stay.
The place is filthy, poorly maintained, old, and disgusting. Every single wall had either mold, stains, dead insects, or was broken (very often, it was a combination). The bed was not comfortable, and once, the sheets were changed to some that smelled like stinky feet (I'm not joking). Our air conditioner was installed above the bed, and we could see the light coming in, so big was the hole (see pic).
Breakfast was poor, with the same options every day. The variation was in how old and hard the bread would be--believe me, in a 23-day stay, we saw it all, even bread with mold. Not to mention the atmosphere in the restaurant (see pics), with mold on the ceiling, beyond broken air conditioner, and understaffing.
Wifi was laughable: I eventually gave up on complaining and ended up using all my data plan so I could work.
So that we could at least laugh about our situation, my husband and I would refer to the hotel as "captivity," hence the title. To sum it up, if you can afford ANYTHING better, run away from this place. The location and price are excellent, yes, but the overall experience is absolutely horrible.

I think this hotel should be undergoing a deep maintenance and refurbishment.
There isn't a corner of this hotel that isn't broken, cracked, unkempt, moldy or dirty.
Worst experience, we had to ask to change rooms because the sink was dirty with toothpaste and the shower was filthy.
The room we were moved to was not satisfactory either.
The sink was clogged, dust and dead insects in every corner, mold near the window, among other things.
I think rooms in these conditions should not be rented.
