A vista do hotel é maravilhosa, tem acomodações novas e muito bonito.

O atendimento da equipe era péssimo, na chegada ninguém nos ajudou com as malas. Depois quando fomos para o quarto, o rapaz que deveria nos ajudar com as malas veio chamando a nossa atenção de como usar o elevador ao invés de ajudar. Quando chega algum hospede que demonstra ter grana o tratamento é diferenciado. Funcionários muito mal educados, café da manhã muito fraco para o porte do hotel. Os hospedes estacionam na porta do hotel e quando você precisa sair ou esta chegando é aquela confusão. Fiz o check-in antecipado e na hora tive que fazer novamente, além de ter que pagar o valor de R$ 100, para possíveis comsumos e se caso não haver consumo é devolvido.

Breakfast was good, with a variety of options. Spacious room but furniture was not what I expected. Service at the restaurant is good, with reasonable prices.

There was no staff at the sauna or pool, nor any kind of information about towels or lockers. These items were not found. I tried to call the reception from the place and I couldn't. During all the time I used the sauna - about twenty minutes - no employee appeared with this information.

Swimming pool was great, views from rooms were stunning, hotel staff was incredible. A special reckognition, to a young lad at the front desk, giving away helpful advices

Everything was perfect. From the faciltiies to the staff. The view to the beach was incredible as well.

I think you guys should really offer coalho cheese for breakfast as a main staple of the region.

Breakfast was OK. Regular as expected

bathroom was VERY dirty at my partners apartment at 6th floor. We checked in late at night and she found out in the morning. She called for a change but they said no one was available to make it. She had an appointment early in the morning and had to wake me up to use the bathroom at my apartment (27th floor). I lost my privacy and sleep.

Appreciated the 24 hr restaurant as we were working long hours. Check in + out were easy, and they lent me an adaptor when my broke. Appreciated the big double windows in my room, a deluxe double.

Furniture is tired. Rooms are so plain they could be a mental institution. Not even a picture on the wall. We were on the 33d floor and half the time the one working elevator did not arrive and we had to walk down.
