Everything. Staff lovely. Pool great. location great. Went above and beyond for our mini honeymoon. Breakfast was very good. The bread croissants and chef made fresh omelettes to order which were lovely. Def come back again for a longer stay.

Nothing. Could not complain about anything everything was to satisfaction. Our room was lovely and big aswel and cleaners on the ball with fresh towels etc and towels for the beach.

the hotel is located near the sea, but that’s all. there are better locations in Lido

there was a strange smell in the room, despite the room looked as new one, the smell was from something very old… the elevator is very old and small!!! the reception is not nice at all. the breakfast is not tasty..

This hotel is conveniently located near, literally, everything. Parking at the hotel itself. Very clean rooms and most kind staff. The only thing I don’t understand about this hotel is that it has been rated 3 stars. Based on my experience, this hotel should be rated 4 stars without any doubt.

The staff was very friendly and helpful!! Its very close to the beach and the rooms are very pretty and modern!

A lot of people and also a lot of kids! There is maximum one meter space to other people at the beach.

the hotel is beautiful and renovated the pool and beach were great

the room was not that clean and each day they didn't clean it well during these Corona times one expect extra hygiene measures but I am afraid they had nothing extra at the hotel, on the contrary, the toilets at the lobby and near the pool were so dirty (I also complained about it to the reception). moreover, the staff and some of the hotel's guests did not follow the mask requirements or the social distancing ... some of the people used a mask covering only their mouths (including the staff) and they removed it all the time. and some people didn't use a mask at all. I did not feel safe in this situation.

Very kind stuff, very helpfull. Impecable clean. In the centre of the town, with plenty of shops and restaurants. Very organized hotel, every room has its own longchair on the beach. Very modern and confortable rooms.

The Guy on the Poolbar was horrible bad at mixing drinks and the service was soooo slow

Breakfast was good, a buffet with lots to choose from. The room was really nice, not too big but enough. The pool was amazing and a very cosy little bar next to it where you could it lunch too. Reserved seats at the beach were ready for us.

The room smelled a little strange, but we think it was due to sanitizing.

Our room, despite the fact we had two connected rooms, was extremely small. Nothing for claustrophobics. The elevator is small as well. Especially the doors. Forget about child trolleys (these cannot fit small upstairs rooms anyway). Slow WIFI - one, two devices maybe. 5-members family = forget. Be prepared that the reception desk will keep the keys of your car for the entire stay. The rooms are extremely noisy - you can hear the loud elevator for the entire night. When someone at the room next to you showers, you feel like he's behind a cardboard box, not a wall. Absence of children's corner or any children playground - just hope you'll have nice weather for the entire stay and the ocean entertains your kids.
