Traffic noise was a bit annoying

The room was lovely and the bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was tiny.

During load shedding I had a cold shower as the hot water did not last. Also note that they do not offer breakfast on a weekend.which we were not told about. They did, however, make a plan with Cereals . On Saturday night, other guests were extremely noisy till after midnight. I feel that the management should have asked them to quieten down.

Wij verbleven in een studio en deze voldeed heel prima. Alles is aanwezig. De gastvrouw is een schat, ze zorgt ervoor dat je aan niks ontbreekt. We mochten langer blijven op de dag van uitchecken en nog douchen na we de Lions Head hadden beklommen. Sea point is perfect voor het ontdekken van Kaapstad.

De studio zou wel wat onderhoud kunnen gebruiken.

Owner was helpful and friendly. Nice clean rooms.

we booked 5 rooms for a 1 night stay but before we check-in, were told by the owner that the previous guest didn't check out due to medical reason. We had no choice but to accept owner's proposal to arrange 1 room at another location. By the time we check-in, was told by owner that instead of 1 room, 2 rooms are not available to us. We didn't really like the accommodation Stonehurst Guest House that the owner move us to. We were given the rooms upstairs so we have to carry our big luggage bags up. Poorly maintained, dirty, and apathetic service from the owner. No TV, small room, the shower door can drop off anytime.

This guesthouse is like a home away from home. Great location, ocean views, beautiful sunsets, very comfortable with a lovely homely atmosphere. The owner is so welcoming, friendly and kind. I highly recommend Leeuwenzee for your stay in Cape Town.

The location was superb! It was easy to get where we wanted to go, the trafic flow very good.

The owner of the place has such a welcoming attitude. She is super friendly, professional and has a great spirit of Ubuntu. The dining room was very comfortable and the breakfast was served warm. I loved the eggs and the mushrooms. The electric blanket was a super saver from the cold night. The security measures were beyond measure. Keep up the good work.

Highly recommended accommodation. Very complete and clean rooms. The breakfast is very good and plentiful. Jeanette is a wonderful hostess. She was very attentive to us, made good recommendations of the city and made your stay in her home very good. Thank you very much, Jeanette! Greetings from Madrid.

The management was very friendly and welcoming. The electric blankets were a great help with Cape Town's chilly weather. The kitchen facility in our studio room was brilliant - we could relax after a long day and make our own food.

A bit of noise from the street/cars but there are rooms without seaview more towards the back which should have less noise. No drinking water in the rooms.

Lovely and comfy appartement, very clean and we'll equipped. Host and staff were lovely, helpful and attentive. Lights, Wifi and hot water still working during load shedding. Beautiful location in Sea Point, safe area, close to town, especially to V&A Waterfront. We'll be back!

We liked everything in this lovely guesthouse. Everything was perfect including location. Landlady very kind and helpful. We travel a lot and this is one of best accommodations in our routes. If you want to visit Cape Town book a room in Leeuwenzee and you will not regret.

I liked everything about my stay. I will come back again.
