The owners live in the same building, and are really super-friendly and helpful people. The place is just wonderful, comfortable and modern and clean, with a beautiful back yard. We had rainy weather, but otherwise we could have sat outside in the evening. It's perfectly quiet, within walking distance of a nice restaurant where we had lunch and a nice bakery where we bought our breakfast.

There really isn't anything I can think of that we did not like about this place. To get to the old city center it's best to take the car, but that's easy: The owner showed us where to park our car when we got to the old city center, there's a fairly inexpensive parking lot where we parked the car for the whole rest of the day for a few Euros. (Parking in front of the building that the apartment is in, during your stay, is very easy.)

Everything are wonderful! Nice quiet location and not far to old city area. Some drinks, fruits, soap and etc were complimentary. Owners were very kind and friendly.

We have been to many places in our time , but we have to say , this beautiful apartment , is by far the best . The owners are the nicest , & could not do enough for us . The walk into the old town is around 40 mins , but a beautiful walk . But only 5 min walk is the restaurant , shops & beach . Wonderful restaurant called MIIJO , wonderful food & service Zadar what wonderful memories we will always have

I liked everything

The apartment is clean and spacious. The host couples are friendly and give us useful information on local shops & some tourists spots. Parking is convenient. It is in front of the house.

The place was immaculate and clean. The hosts were amazing couple whole were meticulous with their welcome and quickly told us about Zadar and all good places to visit in a single evening.

The host waited for us till almost midnight - truly appreciated his excellent service. The private garden is tidy and stylish.

The facilities are rather old and can use some updates. The Booking site did not mention that we were required to pay the stay by cash. I had to go to get cash on a 100-degree hot day from a ATM machine. I also had to pay a hefty fee to get cash from the ATM machine. It is not safe to carry cash and they should not force travelers to pay by cash.

Hosts met us when we arrived. Walked us through the unit, showed how to set the A/C. Showed on the map where to find restaurants and the grocery store. They were easy walking distance. The view of the water is a bit misleading, but the walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes and not too bad returning uphill. Grocery store was in walking distance, unit well stocked with kitchenware.

Only disappointments: MORE COFFEE!!!! not enough coffee only had 4 packets for 2 people for 3 mornings!!! toiletries are basic soap and shampoo envelopes (which I have a hard time opening) and the towels were tiny and rough.

Amazingly clean, amazing views, amazing hosts. Highly recommend

Property was very clean and well maintained. Host kept for us water bottle, fresh fruits and sweets it was very warm welcome. Nice host nice property.

The view and location, hospitality, comfort, parking, recommendations of where to eat and what to see. Happy, good vibes :) Really the best place to stay if you like to be among locals.

Everything was great. The host was pleasurable. She call us to check does it everything ok on the road. The suite was clean and cooled, so we could relax after long drive. She shows us where we have the nearest and nice beach, where we can eat nice food, where to go for groceries. The suite has everything you need. The terrace was nicest part of the suite. We spend a lot time at the terrace, and eat all our meals there, drink coffee or just relax.

Very Nice apt... .wonderful patio with view ( we spent a lot of time out on the patio, eating, drinking and just hanging out with the view). Location was good, quiet residential neighborhood --- drivable to old city and near tourist areas/beaches... Hosts were fantastic ! they met us to give us keys, show us the place and go over a map with us showing us how to get into town, what to see, which restaurants were best, etc... great orientation ! They also they left us a bowl of delicious fresh fruit, and lots of coffees/teas, and gave us 2 new fans to add to the A/C... The whole stay was wonderful ! highly recommended ! (we were 4 people (2 couples)) from US.

Very nice and clean place with a good terrace. The flat is in avery quite place and the owners are very nice.

We were missing a microwave and dishwasher.
