Las atenciones! El personal era my amable.

Pasamos mucho calor, no funcionaban los aires acondicionados y la temperatura en Oporto no estaba tan fría. Teníamos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas para poder tener ventilación y al estar en una calle muy concurrida, no pudimos descansar lo suficiente y los niños se asustaban con las pitas de los coches.

Perfect location, about two minutes’ walk from the Ribeira. Lovely pared back style. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Great shower. Delicious breakfast. Helpful, friendly staff.

Excellent breakfast. The lovely young women who worked there made fresh cakes and there was so much more to choose from. Service on every level was top notch.

Cozy boutique hotel with personal service and wonderful staff.

Bed was uncomfortable & sagged in the center. Shower door didn’t close properly and water seeped out in great quantity. Had to use extra towels to dry up floor to avoid slippery condition’s. Soap and shampoo holder was badly fixed and fell while in use . Had to use the floor since no other space is provided. Water damage on shower wall was observed. Maintenance and upkeep in this particular room is not very good.

The location, the design, the staff, the breakfast were great

Only the room to river side are bigger and quiet, the city view rooms are near the street. It takes time for hot water to flow, especially at not standart hours.

Breakfast was a continental spread and they made coffee/espresso to order as well as offering eggs and bacon to order. We enjoyed every morning!

The decor was modern and beautiful. The location was excellent, close to everything. The morning buffet was exceptional. The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room was cleaned to perfection every day.

My husband and I were in Room 3. We arrived on Friday and stayed for 3 nights. The street noise was very loud on Friday and Saturday , so much so that I was unable to sleep. I was told we would have a city view but did not expect the level of noise in the room.

Staff make us feel at home. The included breakfast was wonderful. Eggs and bacon and a buffet of wonderful items. It was a real treat! The room was extremely clean and well attended to.The beds were extremely comfortable. There were nice perks like a welcome drink, sand cookies and a handwritten note in our room when we arrived. The location was perfect. We couldn't have been happier with our choice to stay at Exmo Hotel. Each time we came back to the hotel it felt like we returned to an oasis!

Lovely modern hotel in a super location with really nice staff! Would recommend for sure! Room was a really good size with plenty of space, beautiful views out the window, and a big comfy bed! Will be my first choice for hotel when returning to Porto!

They even offered to make reservations for us at some of the most popular and charming local restaurants, port wineries and local museums making our experiences truly unforgettable. One delightful aspect of our stay was our daily greeting with fresh espresso drinks and delicious cakes. It was such a thoughtful gesture that added a touch of warmth and indulgence to our mornings and afternoons. We felt pampered and cared for throughout our entire visit. The combination of the staff's personalized attention, their helpful dinner suggestions, and the delightful treats they offered us each day made our stay at Exmo Hotel a truly remarkable and pleasurable experience. It's clear that the hotel takes pride in creating a welcoming and homely atmosphere, making it the perfect choice for anyone visiting Porto. We traveled with our infant child and were treated very well, welcomed each time we entered and left the hotel and even had a table with a high chair waiting for us at breakfast. We can't thank the team ant Exmo enough for making our vacation so special and memorable. We'll definitely be returning in the future!

I loved everything about the hotel - the staff were so friendly and helpful (special mention to Teresa, Emily and also Bruna). They couldn't do enough for us. The location was great and also the bed was really comfortable. The rooms were slightly small, but we didn't spend much time in the room so it was perfectly adequate. I would stay here again if we ever returned to Porto. Breakfast was really good too with a nice choice of pastries, bread and cereals. Coffee was perfect too.
