The food was very good.

The room was in need of significant maintenance, eg. poor water pressure in the bathroom, fitting such a soap tray falling off the wall, shower tap in very poor state, room needed painting and the bath room, in particular, 'felt' unclean.

the location is perfect- a short stroll to the town centre and it is a popular pickup zone for many day trips.

Great location, only short walk to town. Helpful staff and stunning views. WiFi is great everywhere & they have a lovely woodfire pizza bar next door which was a bonus.

A little outdated and could do with a little update. It is a very loud hotel with lots of non hotel guests accessing pool and restaurant all day & night (we personally wanted a quiet relaxing spot). Stayed for 7 nights and only swam in the pool once as it was visibly very unclean. Our balcony was also shared with 2 other rooms so we had little kids running past our window/door so not much privacy from some rooms unfortunately. Room turnaround wasn't done very well, toilet paper not always restocked, bins not emptied and bathroom wasn't cleaned.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Marika on reception who so helpful. She is a great ambassador for Chantilly's. Small beach one minute walk from hotel pool was great. Water was just fabulous . Would suggest anyone going to Vanuatu to take wet shoes for the beaches as being a volcanic island very few if any really sandy beaches. Lots of rocks and stones. The rooms at Chantilly's were very spacious and the view from our rooms balcony was fabulous.

Chantillys did not disappoint. We had done our research and it was as expected. No real downside other than the food was a bit costly but so is everywhere else in Vila

Breakfast was great - I liked that you could order from the continental menu what you wanted rather than a buffet.

I had a very stressful experience trying to pay my bill where the very frustrated receptionist struggled to verify the correct amount on my bill when I kept pointing out that I had been over charged. After an hour, I ended up paying for the incorrect amount and was refunded in cash the next day but had already lost on both foreign exchange and my credit card charges.

The staff were awesome, as was the property, girls loved the pool, beach bar did amazing cocktails

Really enjoyed my stay at Chantilly's. Great location very close to town and next to the wonderful Banyan beachside bar. Room was very comfortable and even had a little separate desk area that would make a great office for business travellers. Good restaurant and bar, a favourite of my friend who lives in Port Vila. Staff were great and very helpful, organised a taxi to take me to airport for very early morning departure which all went smoothly.

They need to update the pictures as the kitchenette was very dated with the skirting boards looked damaged, the bathroom was very tight and the pier is no longer there. They tried to charge us twice for pizza we ordered for dinner. once at the bar connected to the resort, that was fine, but on an early departure they tried to charge us again. And they did they same to the people before us. The poor reception had to go back and forth when the manager could have easily come out to apologies. Not good customer service ethics.

There wasn't much we didn't like just needs to be more updated. Unfortunately we checked out early and checked into the Ramada which suited us more.

The pool needs some shade - it was always very warm. Did not eat or drink at restaurant because too expensive. The balcony door was stiff and could be hard to open.

Location is perfect - right on the bay and only a 600 metre easy walk into the central market along a beautiful walking track besides the sea. We had a spacious 1 bedroom unit with reasonable cooking facilities and an extra large balcony (the only unit on the property with such a large balcony). There is a really nice bar connected to the hotel - Banyan Beach bar which has a big screen tv for sports fans. They make a really nice wood fired pizza there.

Housekeeping was mediocre. They didn't do proper servicing or cleaning of the unit unless specifically told to. It was particularly annoying because we stayed 9 nights at the hotel and found our feet were constantly dirty because of them not cleaning the floor properly. TV only has 7 channels which is unacceptable for the quality of the hotel.
